Definitely ripoff artists

Definitely ripoff artists. Don't buy anything from these cheats. Ordered a Merrie Christes Maesee sweatshirt on Nov. 26 2022. We were charged immediately of course but of course are still waiting. At this point don't expect to ever receive this item or get my money back, based on reviews I've now read. Wish I had checked first. Can't get through on phone, tried email. Don't really expect it will do any good.

Where is my Crowdmade merchandise?

So, I bought a Tasting History w/Max Miller sweatshirt to support him. I ordered it Dec. 3, 2022 and it was a “A Limited Edition Campaign item and was one that had a countdown timer on the order page.” “Please note that production of these items begins when the campaign ends and generally takes 7-10 business days.” The campaign ended around the end of December. We are now at the 22nd. I want to be patient, but how much longer should I wait? Crowdmade makes it impossible to get in touch, really. I just want what I paid for and I find it hard to believe that Max Miller would be part of a company that is negligent or irresponsible. Any thoughts or guidance? I’ve contacted Crowdmade through their confirmation email and I am awaiting a response. I hope that I am able to post a positive update/review. Thank you!

Fraud! They charge you double & triple

Ordered items for two items (clothes) from an artist with a value from approx 60,- $ + package 18,- $. So I paid in total 78,- $ already. Besides waiting for 1 month - hello, I’m in EU, not Russia or China, now they charge another 15,- € to get the items from my post office. I told them that I wouldn‘t had ordered if I knew package was half of the order value. No response at all, the customer service does not exist. What a shady company, never again!

***BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*** They will take your money and it will take 9 days for them to ship out your items. So you'll get your items in 3 weeks. And the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! They will lie to you saying that they already shipped it. And when you track it. They just created a label for it. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Never again.

I bought 3 items from the same artist and not only was the quality only okay-ish for the price, but they actually send all 3 packages separate and I had to pay taxes for each of them. Those were almost 50 euro I had to pay extra simply because they couldn't send them as one package. It was also a huge inconvenience because I had to make time to get the packages from the postage since they didn't bring it to my house and just threw in the slip with "I wasn't there"

Smaller sidetone but also a reason I am really unhappy with what I received: I understand that shipping rom America to Germany takes time, but 3 months is a bit much, at least from former experiences I had.

not recommended

Ich habe aus Deutschland bestellt und musste Porto nachzahlen, da das Paket nur unzureichend frankiert war. Zusätzlich muss ich noch Zollgebühren (auf dem Zettel stand: Strafgebühr) bezahlen.
Letztlich kamen noch mal 13 Euro hinzu.

Wenn ich Zoll bezahlen muss, dann hätte ich das gerne früher gewusst. Und das das Paket nicht ausreichend frankiert war, war eine Frechheit.

I ordered from Germany and had to pay additional postage, because the package was insufficiently franked. In addition, I have to pay customs duties (the note said: penalty fee).
In the end, another 13 euros were added.

If I have to pay customs duty, I would have liked to know that earlier. And that the package was not sufficiently franked, was an impertinence.

Overall good

-Excellent customer support
-Fast shipping
-Quality mostly good

First I got sent the wrong shirt. But after contacting the customer support I got offerd to keep the wrong shirt and that the ringt one gets sent out imedeatly. They where generally very friendly.
The shipping took for both shirts about a week although I live in the middle of Europe. Like some other revievers where it seemingly took forever? Anyways...
The shirts seem to have a good Quality and the prints are decent. On the second shirt I noticed some imperfections where one color flowed ower another where it clearly shouldn't. And some loose threds under another print. Nothing spectacular but worth mentioning.

Therefore my conclusion are 4/5 Stars.

Terrible customer service and ToS

Do not purchase from this company if you live in Europe. I live in Germany and waited 6 weeks for a sweatshirt, only to be told that it was undeliverable and sent back... by DHL no less. They only gave me a partial refund as stated in their ToS. The address was correct on the initial receipt, and I was given no notice that there was an issue in delivery. The fault lies with the sender or the post, so they should give a full refund.... And now, after a complaint to PayPal, they say they will refund the shipping, only AFTER I remove the complaint. Right. After several weeks, with the help of PayPal, I was able to get a FULL refund. Still only giving them 2 stars, if I were to include the full email exchanges, you would understand. Suffice it to say, terrible customer service.

I do not recommend this company!

$37.60 including postage down the drain for a decent t-shirt I am still waiting for. First one arrived printed very obviously crooked. Sent photos. A replacement was sent with a hole in it. Sent more photos. Customer Services non-responsive to four emails. Four months later, I've given up. Avoid at all costs. Appalling service. Waste of money. Two t-shirts in the bin!

Surprisingly anti-customer refund policies

I ordered a shirt in June. They failed to deliver it, *twice*. And did they contact me about this ever? No, I had to go down and track my own order to realize it had been "failed to be delivered" despite giving them my actual correct address. They charged me twice over for shipping cost, which they naturally refused to refund.

Extremely long delivery period and unhelpful customer support

The delivery period for my t-shirts has been set to over 12 months, and when contacting customer support, they just told me that they could not do anything and did not try to help me out in any way, as if it was totally normal to wait a year for 2 t-shirts.

Regarding your December 5th. order, the products were shipped and you were sent the tracking information.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to confirm order delivery status for every one of our customers. If a package is lost or delayed, we ask that you reach out to us within 6 months of your order. While shipping carriers do occasionally lose or mishandle packages, we aren't able to resolve these issues without a timely follow-up.

Given that it has been over six months since your order, the tracking number has been recycled by the shipping carrier and we aren't able to verify whether the order was delivered or not.
