The process for reinvesting interest payments is not clear. It should be mad3 clear to investors 5hat their interest payments are sitt8ng 8n an account wi5hout earning interest. That said once I phoned Geoffrey? Was extremely helpful and sent through information. However when phoning the noise in the background is very loud and doesn’t make it feel very professional. This has happened on two occasions.

Investing is easy enough but a couple of times I've asked questions and haven't received an answer. A 'cash statement' facility on the website would be useful.

Crowdstacker is a great investment tool and the service has been spot on, the only criticism I have is that the website could provide more details of my account such as interest payments etc;

The facility to purchase existing loans needs revision. Unless you monitor you email continuously you are unable to purchase. I would suggest an application system on which potential/existing investors can record there interest and be offered first refusal (with a time limit) when their names reaches the top of the waiting list.

Limited need to interact once invested on the platform. Investment opportunities are few and far between, and the secondary market is non-existent (or offers sell on before you can even see what they are.
A few minor glitches with the forms, but communication back from the service employees is usually prompt and clear.
