We have been in contact with Crown Oil a number of times trying to sort out our two accounts and finally with Melanie's help the issues are finally resolved.

Rachael - Key Accounts credit controller is excellent and gets billing corrected in a efficient and timely manner. She understood the query and responds promptly

A good Credit Controller does more than just chase customers for payments. They have to be able to read conversations, lend a sympathetic ear at times and help resolve any issues, which is what Rachael has done for us, having worked closely together for the last year she's has been a great help and the best person for the job.
