Absolutely terrible customer service, ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and still don’t have a tracking number. I keep having to contact them asking for more info about my order but it looks very unlikely i’ll get my product or my money back

It took a month from the UK to Italy. The tracking number given to me by the customer service cannot find any logistics information. Although the goods have arrived today, the tracking number still cannot find the logistics. very poor customer service

Cannot give any feedback because I don't have any goods yet would like a refund second company failed to deliver

Easy ordering process and fast delivery. Product was exactly as advertised and of a great quality

Expensive sample cost and postage. The product wasn’t as good as I’d expected it to be.

Ordered two colours of vinyl wrap and 1 was totally miss out and the one that arrived was damaged, I’ve tried contacting the company but heard nothing. Phone won’t even ring.

Very poor service
Tried in vain to get some answers on the material as customer was very happy with the sample, which came late. Got no reply whatsoever. Ended up ordering from another company.
Very disappointing

Great product. Good quality wrap. Very pleased with end result.
Only problem was the package and product was crushed and damaged during delivery making the job more difficult.

China quality wrap just with their lable. They sent wrong colour a few times.
They send less material than what you pay for.
They miss things out of the order and you dont get your money back.
The adhesive on the mater is horrendous will bubble back up and shrink in the sun after a day no matter how much prep you do

No idea what all these bad reviews are about. Up there with one of the top wraps I have used. Got Pearl Tiffany Blue and colour or install did not disappoint

Bad communication and sent out the wrong colour wrap, totally useless. Got an email answer that it would be sorted and then went dead. Asked bank to reverse charge due to fraud.

I would rate these lower if I could, I brought some chrome wrap only 2M from these a while back which I complained about and that they just told me that basically it's my fault, as chrome is harder to use (which I hadn't use chrome before) and that's it... so I thought I would give them a chance and ordered 2M of carbon fibre. What a mistake that was... absolutely terrible stuff it doesnt stick when you tuck it over, tears and is
awful to work with AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Awful wrap, got a chrome red which had no air release technology and had marks all over it, also when taking the chrome wrap off the silver backing glue came off as well leaving silver glue marks all over the panel. Bought gloss black also and it would not stick or morph to the contours no matter how much i tried. Wish I would of read the reviews before hand! Avoid at all cost, my go to wrap is Hexis and wishing I stuck with what I knew instead of trying something different.

terrible - product supplied not as advertised, returned at my expense, no refund provided, no response to emails, phone line never answered - total rip off avoid at all costs
