i had a problem and they fixed it right away. Great service.

I had to contact customer service today as my parcel had not been delivered. A courier fault was to blame. Carly to the time to listen and understand the problem and said she would ring them and get straight back to me. She did just that and the problem was resolved.

I was struggling to find the correct part for y Silhouette Cameo 4, and MDP support kindly offered to send one for postage cost only. How cool is that?!

Extremely professional company. One of my favorite suppliers.

Terrible company avoid at all costs!

They allow staff to sell faulty products to customers and then refuse to replace of refund as they say it wasn’t invoiced. This is despite having the staff details, dates and times of transactions. Definitely avoid this unethical company.

The director invited me to settle the matter in court. Says it all!

As always, Erin at MDP is a pleasure to deal with. An issue with DHL delivery was soon resolved. Great company to deal with.

I needed to order some ultra black vinyl Erin was a massive help talking through the options and sending images of the swatch options to save time so I could make a decision quickly, fantastic customer service as always.

Every time I call this company I am met with polite and most importantly knowledgeable staff. 5 Stars.

This is a great business for all of your vinyl needs but their customer service is terrible, they are so rude & unhelpful, when you ring them it sounds like they are in their livingroom with tv going in the background, very disappointed as you never able to speak with your local store only some very rude advisors

Excellent company and outstanding customer service!I recently made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour by accident. I contacted customer service, and within just two hours, Erin had it completely sorted out. There were no questions asked—she just replaced it for me straight away.It is rare to find such quick, hassle-free service these days. Thank you so much, Erin! I highly recommend this company.

I had a issue with missing parcel, ( delivery driver stupidly left on my driveway in full view of anyone walking past, couriers fault clearly), would normally be home, but had to pop out, wasnt expecting delivery that day, as only placed order the day before with mdp, and didnt pay for next day delivery, so was surprised it came the next day, was super quick to send out, as always in the past ordering from them, they have a very fast turnaround.
I had to contact mdp due to not able to get through to couriers, mdp customer service were so helpful, full of apologies, even though it wasnt there fault, and resent my missing stock out immediately, I've never had any issues in the past with mdp, in fact the total opposite, they are very friendly, helpful staff and great cimmunication with them all, when it comes to purchasing my vinyl, on there website I dont have a clue where to start as there are so many options, so i simply ring them and they advise me, and they also check back on my previous orders for me, and re order the same brand etc as i previously purchased , this is a relief for me, as its quite overwhelming with all the options they have, I would totally recommend mdp, helpful, dedicated staff, always there to help,
