I always get excellent service from MDP supplies. Their range of products is amazing, from sublimation to clothing vinyl to machinery and signage.

Most recently, I’ve just invested in a Siser Romeo which will be invaluable to my small business.

The customer service is also amazing. Most recently I’ve been dealing with Erin, who dealt with my query efficiently and was super friendly.

The products stocked by MDP are great and their level of professionalism is fantastic. The only issues I have ever had have been courier based so out of MDP's control. Despite that when these issues have arisen MDP have always bent over backwards to sort them for me.

It's being able to trust that level of service that keeps me coming back :)

MDP is not what it used to be. The quality of issue resolution and customer service has noticeably declined over the years. As a long-term customer, I have seen a clear change, and unfortunately, it has not been for the better.

Honestly, I have only purchased from MDP twice and both times my order has been there the next day. Even when I ordered at 5pm, it turned up the next day.

Now, customer service..... Customer service in my eyes is one of the most important things in any company. It's what I pride myself on and to meet someone so informative and friendly as Erin who has answer all my questions and more is exactly what will make me a returning customer. I use Teckwrap for most of my projects, but after my experience with MDP and the customer service I think I will be making a change in my vinyl choices. Prices are good. Range is good. I'm like a child in a toy shop. That goes in my basket, so does this and that. Then I have to take it all out because of I ordered everything I wanted. My partner would make me sleep in the shed. All round A* company.

I had some issues with my delivery arriving, which was not MDP's fault, but they were great at keeping me updated and keeping on top of my order. Good customer support. Great company. My only criticism would be that they need to add a search bar to their website, as it can be difficult to find the right product.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company ❤️❤️❤️ I switched from another company as they were long at delivery turnaround times. This company runs efficiently and consistently like clockwork. As soon as I’ve placed the order, communication tells me that the order has been despatched, usually within minutes.
Excellent value too, cannot fault the prices.
Today I experienced their customer service and spoke straight away to the incredibly polite and professional ERIN. She couldn’t be more helpful and sorted my concern within minutes- another thing massively lacking in this industry is getting hold of people let alone getting (delivery company) issues resolved. She is fantastic, thank you.
Things to improve- I would say the only thing missing is I have a big demand for bigger sizes in T-shirts and especially polo shirts which they don’t stock. Maybe more colours too.

First time ordering from MDP after seeing them recommended online. I placed a large glitter htv order for a rush order and panicked when it arrived at 8.30pm at night and I could not get it to cut on my cricut, no matter what setting I used! I emailed customer service late last night and had a response from Carly by 9.10am this morning. I had just managed to get the correct settings but they had replied quickly and wanted to help me find the right settings. Will be ordering again soon, great service!
