I am new to coin collecting but finding…
I am new to coin collecting but finding out fast the places to shop. I placed a order on 7/5 and another on 7/12 before I found out about the 4-6 weeks for delivery. I called 8/12 to check on the status of the orders and was told that they did not know when they will be shipped. I asked if they could cancel them and refund my money they said yes. I have not received my refund as of 8/22. It took seconds to take my payment and more than 10 days for a refund. I am just hoping I get the money back.

I ordered this coin back in June and it is now almost September and I still have not received my order or any communication as to when to expect it. This was a very important gift and I am very disappointed. If I don’t get this coin soon I will request a refund and never order from this company again.

Ordered this on June 30th
Ordered this on June 30th. It's Aug 16th and still has not been shipped. Worst ever customer service. Nobody answers the 800 number. Called at least 5 times and hung up after 45 minutes of listening to the little ditty.

Best Coins and price on the market
I have been collecting and always satisfied from Mike for over 20 years. I watched a late night infomercial for a collection of mint sets and bought them. I have been enjoying collecting coins and I have Mike and the CSN Mint to thank for the enjoyment I have received collecting coins. My collection has grown tremendously in value over the years. I highly recommend CSN Mint.

Heavily fingerprinted semiquincentennial quarter sets
I like the offering of the semiquincentennial dual-date quarters, but my sets have arrived heavily smudged with fingerprints. This just seems sloppy and lazy. Especially given the price. They're inside a plastic case, so that doesn't make cleaning them easy. Plus, cleaning can degrade the coin, and it shouldn't be something I have to worry about to begin with.
