Initially free gift of socks missed from my order but when I contacted them they couldn’t be more apologetic or helping and sent my free socks to me. The socks are so toasty warm xx

Terrible customer service - have been emailing for two weeks trying to return some pants - so far - crickets! Would not recommend - can't get anyone to answer a simple email!

Have just bought a second pair of cuffed trousers as so impressed with the first pair. They’re for a family member who uses a wheelchair. She says they’re comfortable and she no longer feels cold when outside. Best buy we’ve made for several years

Got them and they fit great and are really warm. My only thing that I was disappointed about was I thought I was buying this product from the UK only to find it was directly shipped from China.
Got here fast though and it does do the job I bought them for.

Super quick delivery. Have only just received and tried on, but am very happy with my Cuddlr pants. Size is perfect, length also good. The jacket/vest combination is a generous size and I know both will get a lot of use over winter! Also keen to try the Halo torch, it will be very useful for feeding up on dark winter evenings!

Great website and marketing so spent$90 on pants Temu was selling for $17 hoping they were better quality. They are not. Same pants, same warehouse. Then got constant messages from 'Craig ' AI to buy more and leave feed back. I replied to 'Craig ' no response just more spam.
The pants are fine. Not premium, not worth the money.

They are a quality build and wonderfully warm.

probably not as fluffy as I would have expected/the video shows but the exterior quality is awesome which is the main thing for me! and the sizing is generous to put over clothes. Good value for money

Fab trousers, super quality and quick delivery

OMG! Even though it is still Autumn in Australia it is 9 degrees and raining. I brought the pants and my son brought me my jacket! Can I just say I LOVE THEM WITH EVERYTHING THAT I AM!!!!! I highly highly highly recommended these products. Its like i am wearing a doona. They are everything they said they would be and more. Thank you Mike on a job massively well done!

I received my Cuddlr waterproof pants yesterday. I am in Australia and as we are approaching winter these will get a lot of use in cold, central Victoria. Excellent quality, size and fit for me and arrived promptly for an overseas order. Highly recommend.

I bought the Kids fleece lined trousers for my grandson who is in a wheelchair. I waited to do this review so that I could give a full and honest review. The trousers have lived up to all expectations of warmth, comfort and are fully weatherproof. Furthermore the external material is not "slippy" and helps to maintain his posture (not an easy thing for a disabled 9 year old!). They go with him to school too, to wear at their "yard" where all things muddy happen but still they wash up great! (and certainly with no shrinkage that can happen with some clothes)
I fully recommend them and will be buying more to replace them as he grows.

This is my second purchase of lined pants .
The first went like clockwork, though it was on back order I was kept in the loop till delivery.
The second I had some difficulty with the basket, which was timously resolved with the help line.It was delivered pretty well by return,
In all, the product is VERY good , does what they claim, and makes a really welcome present for anyone with an outdoor bent!
I will shop with cuddles again.
