I ordered some trousers before Christmas. There was a delay with delivery but that had been communicated. When they did turn up they didn't fit. So I entered into their exchange flow. I sent the trousers back at my own expense, recorded delivery.
Since then radio silence. I have chased via the chat bot, I got please what 72 hours, it had already been a month. So don't use them unless you are sure you everything fits, which I appreciate is hard online.
They have had my money and now the trousers. You will see this seems to be pattern.

Great trousers. Well made. Easy to pull on and off. Will be great for post winter sea swims

I am a nature and wildlife photographer and got the fleece lined pants for the cold days of winter. I can’t wait to use them! They slide right over wool tights with no problem and will keep me nice and cozy. The shipping was surprisingly fast too. Thank you!

Took 2 weeks from ordering a pair of gloves to them being delivered, but, definitely worth the wait, quality product, warm & waterproof at a good price.

Very quick delivery. Excellent customer service, had an issue re change of mind and the company were very helpful. Absolutely love the products. I bought the bundle with the coat/trs/gloves/hat & socks. All brilliant. If I had to choose- trs and socks- I wear them every day & I haven’t been cold at all even in minus temps. The socks are AMAZING!! Best I’ve ever had.

The clothes were accurately described and the size were true. Arrived on time and well packaged.Very pleased with the quality and washes up well.

Brilliant, I am a dogwalker and live in mostly wet and cold Wales… but tbh my house isn’t too warm either so I have barely worn anything else but the Cuddlr cuffed trousers since receiving them! They are genuinely transformative and worn together with my dryrobe, I’m no longer reticent about going out in the worst of weathers. Have told several people about them but if they don’t follow my advice, more fool them!

Clear sizing, good quality trousers and quick delivery. I bought some for 2 friends as well because both struggle in cold weather. I am increasingly skeptical about adverts but with Cuddlr I have been very impressed

I was totally disappointed in the gloves I purchased they failed in 3 way, 1st I wore them today very light drizzle with 1/2 an hour I could feel the getting wet inside by left hand thumb, gradually getting wetter, this is the 1st time I have worn them in these conditions, 2nd failed warmth test in New York last week -5 had to put hand inside my North Face jacket does not live up to advertised, the Velcro strap are inconvenient they rub the skin unless you fasten them as I like a loose fitting glove and uncomfortable suggest replacing with a press stud, before staff at cuddlr reply I spent 23 years in the military so I know what hold equipment is, I will only use these gloves for a dry day and little win, I bought them I as thought they were value for money waited more than 3 weeks to arrive another disappointing reason, seeing try come from China what's wrong with use British workers

Fabulous quality items!
There was an issue with sizing (my fault!) and it was dealt with promptly and courteously by Cuddlr, very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.

The company's products are outstanding. I have 2 pair of the pants and the gloves and I purchased gloves for my husband as well. Game changers in a Wisconsin winter.

Customer service is also excellent. When I messed up an order they were very helpful in getting it resolved.

I do cold water swimming so ordered the fleece lined, waterproof trousers to put on afterwards. Firstly they arrived 2 days after ordering; brilliant service. The trousers felt so cosy to put on after getting out of 3 degree water and really helped with my rewarming. They were easy to get on, which is important when you have to dress quickly. Can't fault the trousers and can't fault Cuddlr and will definitely use again in their future.

These trousers are fab, I might take them off by April!!!
