Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I had an issue with my shipping address which had caused the package to be returned to sender, and not only did they fix the issue immediately, but they resent my order before the original had even arrived back with them.

Great service. Great selection of snooker cues and accessories. Speedy delivery. Best thing is free postage. Alot of snooker cues sites I visited were charging upto £26. Just ordered a cue extension. A++

Brilliant service, fast delivery, both of my taom chalks came with QR codes for verification and with all the fakes going around these days it's nice to know I have the real stuff. My other products look very high quality too, Friendly staff communication through emails, loved the little treat, thanks C&C.

Snooker cue late
I recently bought a snooker cue and iys has made my game alot better but when I was trying to get the cue delivered to my house it's was 5 days late to when they said it would be delivered and I got offered a free gift when I bought the cue but I never got anything

Great Customer Service and Prompt Delivery
The Aramith Snooker Balls and Case that I bought arrived promptly and with no fuss - They were well boxed and arrived in perfect condition. I had had an issue adding the free cue towel to the order, but this was handled superbly by Amir and duly arrived with the balls as agreed.
