I ordered a cue & case for my brother for his Christmas present. It came with a free towel which I thought was good. When I had problems with the DHL delivery I rang Funky Chalk and they were extremely helpful and apologetic, despite the delay in delivery not being their fault - they even offered to send a replacement order by 24hr Royal Mail delivery, but in the end this was not necessary.

Just an awesome company to buy from. I made a mistake on some orders such as miss reading their delivery policy. I messaged them when the delivery was longer than I assumed. I was needing a delivery quickly for a birthday present but they politely replied stating that I had ordered on a standard delivery.
