Cured Pharmacy Avis 

I wanted mounjaro the company took My £129.99 and I then as told then did not have a weighing scale , I telephoned them to arrange a watsapp video call which was arranged by Joseph last night. Nobody rang and I receuved a email saying I wasn't suitable but no refund!!!! I've telephoned and was told oh OK I will look onto it! I have taken mounjaro last Yr for 7 months and I informed them of that. I think this is a CON of a company

The delivery took nearly one month with no communication despite numerous requests - products finally arrived as described.

Cured Pharmacy are a first rate company. The items you order are always sent out immediately and their medical staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Every so often they will contact you to ensure that your medication is absolutely right for you. I wouldn't use anyone else for my medication.

I emailed to cancel the order prior to the order being processed and dispatched. I tried calling a few times to let them know I no longer want the order as it wasn’t even the order I wanted. They went ahead and dispatched it anyway, saying they hadn’t seen my emails on time.
I would avoid using!!!

I had a genuinely positive experience with Cured Pharmacy. The service itself was excellent from start to finish, and I had no issues with my own treatment or discount — hence the 5‑star rating. However, I’ve chosen to move to an alternative provider because of a problem with the referral discount system.

A friend invited me to join, and we were both meant to receive a 40% discount. While mine applied correctly, hers did not, and she was unable to get any meaningful support to resolve it. She mentioned this had happened once before, and after receiving only generic responses, she left in frustration and switched to a higher‑rated pharmacy.

Although my personal experience was great, I’ve moved to another provider in solidarity and protest over the unresolved referral issue affecting my friend. I may return in the future if this is addressed, as the service itself was faultless for me.

Summary: Great products and medical service, somewhat let down by online referral discounts not working and unreachable / unresponsive customer service.

Cured Pharmacy made it so easy to transfer supplier getting Mounjaro and were happy to increase my dose based on our video call and questions I’d answered. They were very polite and efficient and the parcel arrived the next day! Impressive, so I’d happily recommend them! 😊
