The site is easy to navigate, the questions are logical and allow you to receive the appropriate advice. At 6 months you get a FaceTime call with a pharmacist to raise any issues you may have with the medication to ensure it’s working for you appropriately and to continue using the product safely.

I had not ordered for some months. Therefore I had to prove that I had been receiving from another company.
This took some time and it was frustrating, and as a friend was interested, she decided to order from somewhere else.
I can understand why.
The costs for the Mounjaro was cheaper here. Mixed information on delivery but it did come quickly once it was dispatched.
I like how their delivery is by Royal Mail as they work much better to deliver than any other delivery company.
Nicely packed first class as usual.

Great product just moved from 2.5 to 5…
Great product just moved from 2.5 to 5 mg of Mounjaro and hunger suppressing is much better. The only downside is the cost and it may not be possible to continue paying the price as it comes down to life choices

Avoid, awful service
Ordered from them twice, and both times had to chase them for the delivery.
They also claimed to do a £40 referral code so your friend and yourself get £40 off. Despite numerous attempts the code never worked.

Take your money upfront, then regardless of details a refund MINUS £30 fee (which I’m yet to see). my order was in for literally three minutes until a simple error meant I wanted to cancel and start again

I tryed to use cured pharmacy before and they messed up. it ment I went without my jab for a full 10 days with thier VIDEO CONSULTATION so I cancelled. but this time it was smooth and stress free 10/10 all round great price too

I won't be using you again
I won't be using you again, need help with Mounjaro and the phone does not even ring - I think I will escalate this as this is not okay you are registered to sell this and I cannot even make contact with you for advice. Also my one was broken the lid does not even fit - which leaves me wondering if this is genuine
