Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience from Curl Care. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour brush (Curl Care are one of the only places with the teal bounce define brush in stock!), I emailed the team asking if I would need to cancel and reorder the correct colour or it could be changed. I received a prompt reply saying that it was no trouble at all and my order had been updated. Really polite and fast response from Ashlee, thank you again!

sent incorrect items on delivery/but resolved with refund
I had ordered 2x items, only 1x product arrived even though i was charged for the 2x - contacted info@curlcare who had completely ignored me until i posted trustpilot review. Received refund £18 successfully post acknowledgement of review. I do like their products overall, knocked off a star for the inconvenience as i really needed 2x productds, and absence of customer service help at the time issue encountered.

East to order and my items arrived…
East to order and my items arrived quickly but the products are not as good as all the promotional advertisements. My curls start great but after a few hours the frizz starts to take over. I will continue to use them tho in the hope it improves :)

Bounce curl for a good price
I found what I needed for my curls, and the order & shipping was super fast. The prices are good, even though slightly higher than I'm used to from continental Europe. Anyway, I am pleased with the shop and will definitely order again before summer to get the proper care for my curls.
