Arrived quickly before expected. They look great and were easy to fit. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

I would like to say firstly that I am happy with the blinds.
However, I felt very uncomfortable with the service. I received no correspondence, 1. I didn't know if they had received my order. 2. I didn't receive a reply about the delivery date and there was no way for me to track the order. If I had relied on the blinds for a deadline I would have lost my client. If this company gets their act together and offer a better service through correspondence then they would be the best company on the market.

I have used Curtains Blinds several times to buy sets of blinds and they delivered promptly and the blinds were exactly as ordered. I would be happy to use the firm again.

Two of the three blinds, that I ordered, were absolutely fine, but the other was too narrow (by the amount that was advertised as being automatically reduced to allow for fittings), I tried phoning, many times. Recorded message EVERY time, it would appear that they NEVER answer the phone. So I ordered another blind from a different company, which is perfect, so I will NOT be using this company again.
I like to be able to speak to a person, who can respond, rather than listen to a recording telling me that the office is open, but leave a message and number that we can get back to you on.

We wanted to replace our curtains with blinds and found this site easy to use, the instructions were clear and once we had submitted our order the delivery was very quick. The blinds are easy to install and fitted perfectly.

I've ordered wooden and metal venetian blinds from Curtains-Blinds.co.uk a few times and am mostly happy with the product and service. On one occasion they cut a blind to the wrong dimensions and sent me a replacement within a few days after a big of haggling, they said they needed to collect the one that was wrong, but never did, so eventually I threw it away. I will buy from them again but only as they're the cheapest and good for what I need.



I will use them again.
