Curtains Blinds Avis 

Ordered 2 sets of blinds on 10th April 2015 and still waiting for them 7th May 2015!! Spoke to customers service last Thursday 30th April and lady advised me that factory machine was broken and that my blinds would be despatched Friday 1st May 2015 but can't go on express for delivery on Saturday 2nd May 2015 as it was full so have to wait until Tuesday 5th May 2015 and they would give me 10% of my money back! Great well it's now Thursday 7th May so nearly 4 weeks since I placed my order and toke payment!! Today I have left 2 messages and rung many times but no answer or a call back!!
I need a whole house that need new blinds so you have just lost all my business and I will be requesting a full refund and will be going else where and get better service !!!

I can't believe how quickly my blind came. Ordered it online after clicking on a fcaebook ad, and received my bespoke Wenge Venetian blind a few days later. Absolutely marvellous. Will definitely use this firm again :-)

We have now bought four roman blinds from this website and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The free material samples were sent out very quickly and once ordered, the blinds arrived well packaged within the timescale stated. They are very well made and only take 5 minutes to fit. I would deifintely use again and would recommend them to anyone.

I chose Curtain Blinds as they were the cheapest price for a blind so did not have many expectations. However the service was fantastic quick & easy to order via website. Delivery was efficient & the blind looks great in my sons bedroom great quality.

When receiving the blinds we found them to be of a very high standard,
unfortunately my Husbands calculations were wrong. He e-mailed the Company and in a matter of days they took the blinds back, altered them
For a nominal fee. Within seven days they were returned and put up, and are just perfect.

The blind has a more substantial metal roller and fittings at a comparative price to those with cardboard rollers from a DIY store. It was also a custom size with a length I couldn't find anywhere else.

I didn't really care when my blinds were going to get here, even though they arrived within the timetable stated on the site and in the confirmation email, just wanted a good window covering to keep that pesky sunlight out. And fortunately that is what I got! Ordered grey roman blinds with an interlining and they work wonderfully. I love the colour and it matches well with my entire room as well. No more heavy sunlight during the morning. Great work Curtains Blinds.

This is the third lot of blinds I have had from this company and have found them all to be very good value and very attractive. I have had venetian and vertical and both have been supplied quickly and if there is a problem they will deal with it promptly. Would definately recommend the company.
