We ordered 50,000 boxes with Custom Boxes Hub/Custom Luxury Boxes, and I cannot begin to emphasize enough that all businesses of any type should stay away from this fraudulent, unethical company who does not possess the competence to do business. Here are the reasons that support these statements:

Key Issues:

Deceptive Misrepresentation: On January 8, 2025, we placed an order for 50,000 boxes. The initial sales representatives, "Chris" and "Sam," explicitly stated that production would occur in Dallas, Texas, to meet our critical need for rapid turnaround within the United States. This proved to be false.

Breach of Contract and Missed Deadline: After three weeks without sample production, we sought to terminate the agreement and receive a full refund. "Sara" intervened, guaranteeing delivery of the complete order by February 17th, with proactive communication at every stage. This promise, made in writing, was a deliberate deception to prevent us from withdrawing our order. The February 17th deadline was missed, causing irreparable harm to our company.

Incompetence and Miscommunication: "Sam," "Chris," and "Sara" exhibited a profound lack of professionalism and effective communication, providing evasive and unreliable information throughout the process.

Significant Business Disruption: Our order did not get delivered on 02/17 as promised. The bind this created for our company caused damage beyond repair. Our stakeholders, influencers, marketing team, and customers who were relying on these boxes to film, post, and edit, and enjoy, were all left waiting. This has not only disrupted our marketing efforts and customer relations, but has jeopardized our relationships with key partners and severely impacted our brand's reputation.

Order Discrepancy: Upon delivery, we discovered a shortage of 4,000 boxes, requiring us to manually count the shipment to identify the discrepancy.

Unethical Business Practices:
False Address and Misrepresentation: Our investigation revealed that Custom Boxes Hub/Custom Luxury Boxes is not a registered tenant at the address listed on their website (13601 Preston Rd. Ste. 104W Dallas, TX. 75240 and North Central Expressway 13111, 75243, Dallas, United States, despite their claims of operating and producing from that location. We have reported this to the property manager, and there is an active investigation.

Deceptive Use of Aliases: Every one the employees adopt a fabricated name for the sake of "ease of pronunciation". None of the employees that you communicate with will display their real name. Even their emails all have the fake, adopted name.

Unacceptable Customer Service: “Chris, “Sam”, and “Sara”’s were the sole reason for the decay of the business relationship. They were, at every turn, disrespectful, dismissive, and utterly failed to meet the needs that we paid for at the volume we did. Their refusal to acknowledge their shortcomings only compounded the issue. We were offered an initial store credit of $500 for the disaster, which was like trying to put sugar on top of a rotting maggot-filled pile of cow manure. We were eventually able to negotiate a more substantial refund after extensive engagement with their CEO and owner, which took us 2 weeks of constant pushing.

Totally a scammer company.

They literally lie about just about everything and have remorse once you call them out. After the first couple of lies we started doing some digging and found out that the address they have listed is also false. They are not based in the U.S. like they said they were. We called the property manager for the building listed as their address on their website and she told us she has never heard of this company. They lied about being able to get us our order in the time we requested. They thought they could get away with sending us 4000 less boxes than we paid for (until we counted every single one and caught them). They then aggreged to send it out in a week. We have over 80 plus email exchanges with them to confirm all of this. This company is a scam.

Customer servie is top knotch. This is what I really enjoyed out of this company. Sara was a great help in making my order complete and to exactly where I wanted it. The boxess I recieved were top quality

I have worked with a few different boxing companies before discovering Custom Luxury Boxes, and I have to say they are hands down the best experience I have had. Their pricing is competitive, they respond quickly to my many requests, and the quality of the boxes is very beautiful. It presents the product in an elegant and luxurious way. Anna is attentive with follow-up and ensures everything is received properly, and she is also accommodating when I am working on a deadline.

I am an artist who uses them for art drops, so each product has unique dimensions, and we like to go all out with the packaging. They have been very good at accommodating all of my many requests. Whatever you can dream up for packaging, they can make it happen. I even requested totes, which they were able to create for me as well.

I have recommended them to all of my friends and will absolutely continue to work with them in the future.

I was able to get in touch with their customer service through their chat and Anna helped me get a quote with a few minutes, and my box artwork finalized and approved for print within a few hours all waaaay under in cost from the previous company that I was finding an alternative for ensure on time delivery. Another issue we kept running into is that our logo is two color, Custom Boxes Hub was one of the only ones that we could find that could accommodate everything we were looking for!
