Abbie made our purchase simple and straightforward. Kept us informed every step of the way. Chased and co-ordinated all parties to ensure our purchase stayed on track.

We had some issues with our shared ownership property with very bad mould in the bathroom. After contacting the developers Persimmon, who weren’t wanting to help and dismissed the issues (mould was due to poor workmanship), Flagship stepped up and provided a solution for us to get this rectified.

It was important for us to have this problem fixed ASAP due to our child’s life limiting condition (mould can be catastrophic for her).

Thank you for helping us get our issues sorted so our child is free from mould exposure and allowing her to live in her home safely.
