Well happy tenant! This week we had our kitchen refitted by Luke. From ripping out the old one, plastering, fitting a new floor and all the units, including a bespoke custom worktop, he did everything within the expected 5 day timeframe, by a day and a half.

Extremely hardworking and professional, Luke is extremely conscientious, which shows in the finished result. Thank you.

Thanks, also to the electrician’s Matt & Dylan, who overcame a few issues with old wiring and gave us our existing services back in a timely manner, and a nice new light!

Had a gentleman called Wayne came to give me a new kitchen he was absolutely fantastic kept me informed what would be happening through all stages of the work he was very conscientious with his work and his attention to detail was unbelievable also cleaned up so well i didn't have to do anything to start using my new kitchen 100% happy thanks Wayne

A tree on the fence line needed to be removed before a new fence could be put in place. Flagship assessed the situation then had Stef and Pete come and take down the tree. They were friendly, very tidy, and professional at their work. The tall tree was cut down to ground level, all branches and trunk taken away, ant the garden left so tidy you wouln't know it had happened. Thank you chaps and thank you Flagship...most impressive.

We had a new kitchen fitted by Luke and i honestly couldnt fault anything at all. He got the whole kitchen ripped and out fully fitted in 4 1/2 days, including having to rip up and relay the under flooring as it was unexpectedly water damaged! Was a lovely guy and it was a pleasure to have him fit the kitchen. On top of all of that he done an amazing job to! Very happy family :) thanks luke!

We are so pleased with our kitchen we cannot fault it ! From start to finish the work of the team was impeccable . Polite friendly and respectful so thankyou to john, matthew, dominic, isobel, mahfug, matthew Rowe and finally Dennis you were all great !!!

Had a kitchen refit. It was coming up to 30yrs old. Great bunch of guys did the refit, Danny the kitchen fitter did a great gob, excellent workmanship, also the electrician and the plasterer did an really good job, everything was kept clean and tidy...thankyou Teresa

It's easy of time answer in season public do nothing it's never followed up I've been here seven months at trimly some Martin since I've been ill health I got so bad. Course. you refuse to help me find a downstairs place to live due to my heart condition my ill health has got so bad seince lived here worst thing I've ever done moving here. I will never four give you flagship .mangers at Woodbridge.. office. I was told you have duty care to me I haven't seen none of it. Any news from flagship housing is bad news. Be. good.when I can move back to mid Suffolk . Sooner the better .

Taylor and mark done my flooring in my kitchen yesterday in Lowestoft and done an absolutely stunning job love it,they where both professional and friendly and there customer service was above and beyond excellent service

Just had a kitchen fitted by Gary . His work is excellent went above and beyond to make sure the kitchen is perfect. The plasterers and electricians were also fantastic. A big thank you to Gary and all the workmen .

Bungalow had extensive tree boughs /branches overhanging it and driveway.Four man team were punctual, polite and very"wilco" They were very efficient and professional in their work and cleared up the work site brilliantly! Agood job very well done and a credit to their company. Thank you.

Waiting months for a simple fix . About as useful as passing wind in a hurricane . Been a tenant for 16 years, they will never change . They used to have a Facebook page , that was taken down as flooded with tenants negative remarks

Gary was friend amazing , had amazing jokes while working , it was amazing to have around lovely guy 10/10 on the work he did
