Great deal on a new Audi
Went into Audi to trade in 3 year Audi for a brand new one. Found a couple of cars quickly that I liked. Service was good, all sorted within under 2 hours, having walked out with a brand new car, to the spec and deal I was very happy with.

Great experience with the Bury St Edmund’s team
I had a great experience with the team at VW Bury st Edmund’s. They were super helpful and friendly and not pushy. I would travel to visit this dealership over a more local one, as everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I bought the vehicle on 17th of june
I bought the vehicle on 17th of june. Today, I discovered that the vehicle’s underbody cover (undercover) has come off. I am extremely disappointed that this has happened to a brand-new car after such a short period of ownership. I have driven the vehicle normally and do not believe this issue should occur on a new vehicle.
I am concerned that this may be the result of a manufacturing defect or an installation issue before delivery.

Audi salesman explained every step of the financial transaction. I have used Audi/ Volkswagen Finance before and was equally happy with the service then.
Interest rate could be a bit lower!

No accountability, no one cares
Car delivered brand new with a factory fault. No one at VWFS took responsibility. It was up to me to chase dealers for a warranty repair. Waiting 3 weeks so far after a formal complaint for a complaint handler to be assigned. There's apparently no way of escalating this. I'm told after 8 weeks I have to escalate to the ombudsman. Worst customer service ever.
