Custom Heat were contracted by Hastoe Housing Association to replace the air source heat pump at our home. Unlike the previous company who held the service contract Custom Heat have kept us informed and updated throughout the process. Their Engineer Alex and Electrician Toby have worked tirelessly to resolve technical issues which beset the system and for whom we have nothing but praise.

Was wrongly billed by email for payment that was not due as already covered. This is not good service and made my feelings known. Blamed on software glitch.

A job well done!
Damian phoned to let me know he was delayed, which was not a problem but knowing was much appreciated. When he arrived he quickly got on with the job of replacing a light fitting over a staircase - an awkward location, fixed my outside light switch and mended a socket (not on the original schedule) while he was here. All work finished efficiently and politely, and he vacuumed up afterwards.

The engineer did it for me, clearly knew his trade very well, was fast , friendly, helpful and very tidy, (Ty) was a good lad and I cant fault my overall Custom Heat experience, would definitely recommend.
