All good!
Installed a new oil fired combi boiler a year ago.
All done in a timely way to budget.
No issues encountered after 12 months of use.
They have also done some electrical work for me.
Just had its first service - signed up for a service plan paying on a monthly basis.
Great communication with super AI communication platform - always answered promptly and hard to tell you are not dealing with a human - although it is too polite and too responsive so a giveaway - however the real humans are great as well.

Easy appointment system. Reminders of the appointment and Ruby did a great job of servicing the boiler and sorting some jiggling issues on 3 rads. Prompt, professional and friendly service as always.
