Service plan
We have a service plan for the heating and pipes with custom heat. They are always great to work with, on time, helpful and knowledgeable. In an emergency they go over and above to help you if theu can. Great local business that give us total peace of mind.

I am done with this company
I am done with this company. Overpriced and just constant daily bombarding of pay the invoice. We paid it and still received overdue emails. Boiler replacement £2500 more than the one we went with for the same model boiler

They arrived before original time. Checked and serviced boiler. Called them again as no pressure, one of the pipes had a leak, they repaired the pipe. Now all working
Cannot praise this Company enough. Will highly recommend Custom Heat to one and all.

Engineer phoned to say he was on his way.
He was polite, friendly and courteous, and even found time to play with the dog.
Whilst servicing the boiler he showed me where the filter is and whilst cleaning it he explained its purpose.

I have recently had a new boiler fitted…
I have recently had a new boiler fitted and I cannot recommend Custom Heat highly enough! Their communication is excellent, their quotes clear and their service is friendly, reliable and efficient. I have used this company for several years now for boiler services, new radiators etc and they have never let me down. They do what they have promised and they always arrive when expected. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
