We ordered custom patches to be sewn onto a cooler bag and beach towel for corporate gifting — I couldn't be happier with the result. We chose an embroidered 3" circle patch with pretty detailed stitching and it looks excellent in my photo proof. I can't wait to receive them!

I received my patches the other day. I was a little bummed at the thickness, but the speed more than made up for it, and they work perfectly. I even got them a few days earlier than the estimate. I was, quite literally stunned, when FedEx showed up at my door when they did. The colors are beautiful and exactly what I ordered. If I need more patches, I will go to no one else. Horrible experience. No one answers the phone so you will never speak with a live agent. When you ask questions via chat you are given vague answers and are rushed to approve things with no explanation. My order was not what I wanted and the person in the chat was extremely rude. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. Horrible experience horrible service.

Good service and product for an overseas supplier. You must give specific directions in ordering but the quality for price is a high value. I have used twice now and both times the product was delivered on time and of high quality at 1/2 the domestic cost. I used for low run orders that pricing is normally very high per piece. The pieces were produced well, and on a side note, they answer their phones and message on chat timely.

Excellent customer service and quality work. I accidentally uploaded the wrong file. I emailed their customer service explaining what happened and they contacted me within minutes. Emailed the new file, crisis adverted. Received the patches within 5 days!!! Will definitely use them again.
