These socks are for tiny, skinny, longer than normal legs. They only fit petite people. My husband has 16 1/2 inch calf at it's girth and he barely got the sock pulled up, it's stretched to distortion and uncomfortable. The custom pattern looks great as long as its not on a leg.

The socks came in and everything was in order. The girls were very happy with them, especially because they were so comfortable.

My contact person Jason was very helpful. He offered suggestions, answered every question in a timely manner and helped us get the socks we wanted in a very reasonable amount of time for a solid price. If we had to order socks again, we would happily go with Custom Sock Shop.

Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!

Ordered Socks and they are beautifully crafted! We had an issue with receiving the socks with the wrong name applied to the design. However, our issue was addressed the same day and a new order was processed with the correct design and name. They were very understanding and professional and handled our order in a timely manner. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future for our athletic program.

It would have been fine but then they emailed me after getting it all done and handled and told me it would be a month until we would get our order because we were a smaller order. I didn't cancel it because I will make it work with my sales team but it sucks because I would have liked to have given them their gift when we did our meeting. At any rate, it is what it is I guess.

Good company, very friendly. They do, however, do all design communication in writing and many details can get missed in the back-and-forth were you find that you are repeating yourself even though you had just put it in writing a few emails before. Other than that, great company!

Love our socks! So soft and vibrant!

The website was really easy to navigate. The screen where you edited your socks was helpful but at some points when I scrolled the screen with the sock would disappear so I couldn't see my design. The FAQ page was very useful.
