Custom Sock Shop did exactly what they claim on their website. My order was kind of last minute, my startup has a small team and we're preparing for a large conference. When I placed the order, I gave instructions that I needed the order by a certain time. When the proof arrived, they confirmed the delivery date, I confirmed the artwork, and I received an email letting me know the order was being shipped and it arrived with time to spare. And as a non profit organization, we found pricing to be very competitive. But that's not the only reason why we keep coming back and don't look elsewhere. Custom Sock Shop customer service is second to none. The team is responsive, friendly, accommodating, reliable and true to their word. From time to time a hiccup in the process may occur - it's nice to know your supplier stands by their product 100%. I haven't received our order yet, but their customer service was AMAZING. We ordered sample socks, and from those, their printing looks amazing and the socks are very high quality. So far, we have been pleased with them!!!

Both times have been spot on and delivered on time as well. Very very easy to customize your own just wish they had a digital camo that could also be customized. Other than that quality of socks are great and the fit is spot on as well
