PLEASE READ! I have used Custom Sock Shop for a couple different orders. First order didn’t know anything about them and experience was great. I ordered the second order but I missed the art approval email and when i reached out, they 2nd day air so I could i have on time. When they arrived, the sock didn’t fit the same as first order(different color) so i called to let them know and they said sometimes thread reacts to different dies differently. They said they just wanted me happy and printed and shipped me a whole new order in a different color for free. Please have confidence in this company, they will always work with you! Best customer service ever!

I ordered these socks last-minute, but they were delivered very quickly. The quality was great, and I love how they looked. I washed them after wearing them and had to head out of town immediately so I haven't inspected them since, but they did look pretty much the same after the first wash at first glance. I'm satisfied.

I found Custom Sock Shop after many hours of researching manufacturers online for my sock fundraiser. I chose them based on having the best quality thickness for crew socks, lowest cost of $8 per pair after shipping, and lowest minimum quantity of 15. On my first batch I had a lot of questions, they were very easy to communicate by phone and email. I sold out of my first batch of 15 sold at $15, and started getting requests for more. On my second batch I added more designs and sizes. Purchasing a larger quantity dropped my sock costs by $2 each giving me a larger return for my fundraiser. I highly recommend Custom Sock Shop! On a side note, my socks designs are all LGBTQ themed and one included the word “badass”, Custom never gave me any judgment on my designs. They are very friendly and professional.
