Questionable order fulfilment practices
Items were shown to be in stock according to the product page but it turned out stock needed to be confirmed AFTER I placed the order and it took over a week to fulfil the order and ship. I have had a number of instances of this with CVP and would recommend either contacting for stock information before placing orders or finding another supplier.

Please accept our apologies that your order took more time than anticipated to reach you and for any inconvenience howsoever caused. Having spoken with our web customer services team it appears that your items were in stock in the UK at point of ordering and that in order to provide them to you in Ireland we shipped them to Belgium (where we paid the customs duty) and then onward shipped them to you in Ireland duty free (i.e. duty paid by us). We apologise that this was unclear and for the excessive delays and hope that it won't deter you from working with CVP again.
