Carolyn called and emailed diligently.
Even through all the hiccups of the shipment, I still managed to get it. Carolyn called me back or emailed me, with every single issue I had. I will admit I was a bit worried at first about purchasing this, but i'm really happy that I did and the toner works perfect in my cannon. I am very happy with the customer service and how they responded to me so quickly. I will definitely be back to purchase more toner.
