Order never sent to client (it's been 12 days)
I ordered a bottle of Champagne for a client (8/14), paid for the 2 day shipping, the champagne still has not been received and it's been 12 days. I called last week, spoke with Aaron about it, was told I would receive the express shipping refund, (just rec'd email today that I was getting a refund for the shipping, but have not actually received the refund)... I called today (8/26), spoke with Aaron asking why my client has still NOT received the champagne, he said he would call me back... I'm still waiting for the return call, and my client to receive their congratulatory champagne.
I would like a straight answer, if Aaron doesn't know what happened, who does?!?! All I know is I bought a bottle of champs for my client and it hasn't been received. :(

Product was reshipped after being lost by Fed Ex. Came fast and was wrapped very well. Real effort on their end to make all well.
Good Prices and Selection, but Shipping Problems.
I have ordered from Country Wine & Spirits twice. While the selection is good and the prices reasonable, both my orders experienced shipping problems. My last order took two weeks to arrive!
Delayed shipping caused no spirits for our event!
We ordered for a special event. We were elated to see 3-5 day arrival. We never did receive a trackable tracking number. After searching for and not finding a number to call we related our concern via email. The response turn around time was fairly prompt (within 48 hours) we were offered a replacement order. Furthering our time of receiving the order our event went in without our spirits. Sad news. We love thT we can get what we want for a reasonable price however the shipment time was not met!
Wonderful customer service
I had an issue with the shipping of my order (not CW's fault, FedEx "lost" the package). They quickly responded to my email and sent a replacement order via Priority Mail. Very responsive to their customers!

Initially, I had issues with the delivery of the product I ordered. When i called, the customer service I received was prompt, courteous, and competent. i have now received my delivery and i am a satisfied customer.
Great Service
FedEx damaged my order. CW&S found out about it before I did and proactively shipped me a new undamaged order, plus gave me a $10 discount on a future order for the inconvenience. I didn't have to do anything to straighten out the problem.
Will order again, but...
My first order was processed and delivered quickly. My second order, however, was lost by FedEx. This is not the fault of CW Spirits. But I only found out it was lost when I got an "invalid tracking #" message from FedEx, at which time I reached out to CW Spirits and was told that FedEx lost the package, and CW Spirits was reshipping it to me via UPS. I wish CW Spirits had reached out to me to let me know about the delay upfront. Again, it wasn't their fault, and they did respond quickly when I emailed them. I will order from CW Spirits again, as the free shipping on orders over $125 Is something I haven't found with other purveyors.
I paid for overnight FedEx
I paid for overnight FedEx, when I looked up delivery date it stated 6 business days later for delivery. I sent a text to Country Wine, they stated they would overnight, this is 2 business days later. I should be refunded. Order came a total of 3 business days later. Overnight is almost $88.00. It was also said in texting, Country Wine was having some issues with FedEx.

There was a problem with shipping
There was a problem with shipping. Apparently FedEx broke a bottle and the package had to be returned to CWS. CWS notified me of the problem and kept me informed of the progress of the new shipment. Everything arrived as the new schedule said and was perfect.
