Thermal pump cover received without drama and is of good and robust quality. The fit ( Maldives pump unit) is somewhat ‘relaxed’ but does insulate and protect the unit, so can enjoy the tub through the Winter.

Love my new thermal hot tub blanket - it really helps with reducing running costs. The tub i have wasnt listed but i called them and told them which one i had, we both confirmed the measurements and it was added immediately. Received it really quickly considering they had to make a new template for it. Highly recommended

I decided to keep my Lay-z-Spa Hawaii out over winter for the first time and was concerned about how it would cope with sub zero temperatures and then the cost of electricity soared and I was worried about how much keeping the water hot had increased. I decided to buy a quality insulated cover to address both issues in one.
I found the CWTCHY COVERS website through a Google search and liked the look of the model specific covers and the reviews were very good so I bought the full set - insulated lid, insulated jacket & insulated pump cover - just over £325 including delivery. The items were delivered 2 days later by DPD (quality delivery company!) and the quality was immediately obvious. I fitted the covers the same day (with the exception of the tie down straps for the lid which need the spa empty to run them underneath). I wasn’t expecting the lid to have a metal tube frame but it’s quick and easy to assemble and may be handy to prevent rain pooling on the lid.
I can’t say how much electricity it has saved but I can safely say it is considerable as the vinyl exterior of the hot tub is really warm to the touch when I reach between it and the cover to secure the spa lid clips. I am very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of these covers and so glad I didn’t buy something cheap instead.

Cwtchy covers replaced our lid back in October, we had an issue with the insulation materials gathering inside the cover. We looked at the new one, realised it felt stronger and more sturdy than the original one, set to put it away for a month or two. Upon set up in January, we discovered the replacement was too small. After contact with the company and explained via email the issue we faced, within two weeks we were in receipt of the second replacement, this time a more snug fit than the original one. We are happy with the quality of the product and believe this would last longer, especially as these items are not cheap to purchase. Karen provided great communication with a friendly and helpful manner and we are pleased that our issue is resolved.

Very efficient. Had an issue with size of cover but it was dealt with quickly and new cover sent out straight away. Great service from friendly people.

This grey leather cover is like the “icing on the cake”. My cwtchy insulated cover has allowed me to keep my Intex inflatable hot tub in use throughout the Winter. It’s like a duvet. Now it all matches my Decking which is really neat. I’m so impressed with the quality of both covers. Thank you all.

Excellent company, I brought the jacket for my wave spa and it fits perfect, very easy to fit as well. It has made a big difference to the heating of the hot tub, it only takes about half an hour to go up 2 degrees, very impressed, highly recommend.

We purchased a Egg Insulated Cover Jacket for our Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii Airjet (Egg Pump). Took only 2 days to dispatch, which when you consider these are made to order, is excellent turnaround! Ordered on the Tuesday and arrived on Friday, next day delivery.

Unfortunately our spa decided to die during the particularly cold day/night Thursday and had to be binned. Called up Cwtchy Covers and spoke to a very polite and understanding lady who accepted the return of the unused cover, and even covered the return postage cost!!! Wow, couldn’t ask for better customer service!

I can honestly say customer service and product is up there with the best! The cover was really good quality and such a shame we didn’t get chance to use it.

I Bought a jacket last year for our 4 person hot tub and it made such a difference! We recently upgraded to a larger version and Karen dealt with making and sending me out a extension piece to add on to the jacket. It was sorted out with no hassle and great service.
