Cwtchy Covers Avis 

Great! Love the Cwtchy Covers… I got the under, around and top covers all of which are well made. All together the insulation has made a pretty big difference recently although it has been quite hot weather so the big test will be when the weather is cooler. But great so far!

Product exactly does what it was designed for. Delivery on time

The noise reduction doesn’t really help with or without the cover on . I have the pump sat on Lazy Spa floor protection but the buzzing noise is still loud enough to hear from the house. Good idea but back to the drawing board.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery does what it says on the label!

After a lot of research, I decided to order all of the insulation for the lazy spa plus the leather cover. I am totally amazed by the amount of money I have saved since using these products they were delivered within days after speaking to a really helpful sales lady who went away and checked all my measurements and colors. Call me back. I’m so glad I placed my order. Thank you for your assistance and such a great product.

Start to finish, Quality & service is brilliant, we now have the Cwtchy base, skirt, cover & under pump. Well worth paying out to reduce the cost of running our Maldives spa. Got emailed when dispatched, wasn't left wondering at any time.

Bought the insulated base. Already have an insulated cover. Only need to run the heater once a day now and our lazy spa heats up twice as quick now. 2 degrees per hour, previously it was 1 degree per hour. It gas been dropping about 2 degrees a day without the heater on.
Previously heat loss was double.
We have lazy spa foam mats plus a second layer of foam mats then the cwtchy base.
Halved our heating cost.
Good communication kept us informed of order process from making to shipping.

Bought the insulation jacket and lid for our hot tub. Just before covid we have a innatex greys wood. Wow I can even run it through the price increase. I would highly recommend. The lid does not pool water thanks to the pole system. Customer service was brilliant and the insulated jacket and lid cover is in great condition still. It comes in through the winter.

Well the delivery person, delivered it to completely the wrong address and as it was such a large bulky item, I had very annoyed (elderly) neighbours knocking on my door asking me walk down to them and carry it home.... which was fun as I have a busted elbow....then waited for my elbow to get better so I can get the cover out of the box to find it isn't the sturdy foam cover I had expected but a really flimsy, thinly stuffed with foam cover and not right at all. I was hoping for so much better. How do I return it? Not been used, just unpacked, when I could.

Hot tub thermal cover arrived quickly and it has reduced my electricity bill dramatically

Great service and quality of the jacket, lid and pump cover. Our pump cover really does mute the sound quite a bit. Would very much recommend them.

The company advertise one postage cost and try to charge a lot more. Being a UK address their website claims 14.99 but trys to charge international of 40. When you contact them they just say that's what the courier charges and they ignore any reply back.

Great product with fast delivery. Works really well at keeping the heat in the Hot Tub

Nothing but helpful customer service by Karen Arrived quickly and were great at getting it to me when I needed it slightly earlier than their delivery eta.

The products are a great fit and good colour match and really make a different to the hot tub retaining its heat for longer. However, the support structure for the hot tub top cover is flawed. It’s hard to get on and off and the cross-Bars slip out making it a two person job to get it off and a struggle to get it back in properly. However, still worth the purchase and really pleased.
