I still haven’t received this item but the shop have investigated and it has been lost with Royal Mail. They are doing everything they can to get me another out in the post and have communicated with me very well

I have just looked into this for you. It looks like there must have been a delay at Royal Mail.
We obviously don’t know if you receive your item or not. But if you emailed us or chatted to us via the online chat we would have tried to resolve any issue.
Looking at the tracking now it says they expect to deliver your item today? But if this doesn’t happen please contact us.
It would have been great if you could have contacted us before leaving a review, and we could have looked into it for you.
Apologies for the delay on behalf of Royal Mail. I hope it lands today.

Good quality upgrade…
I ordered the bit of bling for my bike and it arrived within 3 days and looks great and fitted well. The only issue is the stem rings I ordered were too few to do the proper job I bought them for. It does show the amount I received on the picture but I sort of thought the amount would be enough for the whole job, but I'll need to duplicate the order to get the results I want. Nothing here on the store, more the product.

Hi Steve. Completely understandable comment. I assume it’s Deity stem spacers and top cap kit. The amount of spacers you receive isn’t a lot. I will feed this back to them, as I know Deity USA sell individual spacers but the UK doesn’t for some reason.
Very good condition and put in a good hiding place
It arrived as expected time and was put in a good hiding spot so no one could nick it and it was in perfect condition 😝

Brilliant Service
Brilliant Service. I had a problem with some loose spokes and a wheel that needed truing on my bike. I need my bike for commuting everyday. The technician broke off from the job he was doing to fit my bike in while I waited. I really appreciated this help and would thoroughly recommend the Cykel House team.
