Great communication. I was looking for a specific colour that wasn't available due to the difficulty in matching - I was under the impression this was something that would not be available and so I started thinking about alternate options. A few weeks later when G-Paint had managed to recreate the colour, they got in touch to ask if I was still interested. I ordered the paint and it has arrived promptly.

In November 2025 I wanted to buy touch up pink paint for a Frog bike. It was out of stock. I contacted G paint and got an immediate response. The paint was too difficult to match to get a satisfactory result for the customer. Despite much effort pink paint wasn’t stocked. February 2026 G paint contacted me to inform me they now had paint in stock. They were now satisfied with the colour match.

I got in touch with this company to check to see if they had a new Frog colour, i wasn't expecting a reply for a couple of days, but within 15 minutes i had a reponse from Andy to say he did actually have the colour. For speed he recommended to order another colour but he would ship me the correct colour. Great customer service.

The frog bike colour do not match the bike. Disappointing

Said the paint was a match for my M4 driver . However it was a couple of shades darker when dry and is clearly visible
