Great customer service.
I had an old address on file and my order was going to be sent there. Called customer service and they cancelled my order, refunded and I ordered with the right address. Order then arrived on the day they said it would.

Barbecue Delight.
I ordered my barbecue online and two weeks later it was delivered as promised. The shelf was damaged so I contacted Cyprus BBQ and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out and for the damaged shelf to be returned. I also got a £15 gift voucher off my next purchase as an apology which was a pleasant surprise.

Excellent product, excellent service.
I ordered late on a Thursday afternoon not expecting my replacement foukou to turn up before the weekend and it was delivered the next day. The steel plate that it's made from is heavy guage and the motor is powerful. Excellent product, excellent service.
