Extremely Disappointed
am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing directly from the DJI Online Store.
I ordered a DJI Osmo 4 Adventure Bundle expecting the prompt service that many people had recommended. Instead, my order sat unprocessed for over a week with no meaningful updates. I had to contact customer support twice just to find out what was happening, and even then I received little more than generic responses.
If the item was out of stock or there was going to be a delay, I would have appreciated honest communication. Keeping customers waiting without any proactive updates is simply poor customer service.
The product itself may be excellent, but the buying experience has left a lot to be desired. Based on this experience, I would think twice before ordering directly from DJI again and would recommend others consider purchasing through a local retailer instead.
Post-48 hour DJI Care Refresh Plan Purchase
I purchased a drone and then activated it immediately but still have not used it. I only realised a week later that there was a DJI Care Refresh Plan that I could purchase but it had to be purchased within 48 hours of activating the drone. Being a beginner, I was keen to purchase a plan, so I went through the post-48-hour verification process. The process was simple and a DJI representative reached out to me promptly to confirm I was eligible. I followed the simple instructions and was able to purchase and activate a Care Refresh 2-Year Plan. This gives me the comfort and confidence to get the most out of my new drone. Thank you.

Great experience with the D1 Store customer care team. I have not needed to use the Care Refresh service for repairs or replacements yet but I did need to reach out for assistence with activating and pairing the service and I recieved fast and comprehensive help which bodes well.
DJI Mini 5 Pro Gimbal Stuck
After a crash the gimbal was stuck. D1 replaced the mini 5 pro drone for an attractive price in a short time. I am very happy with their service. Shipping was fast and communication easy. I’m fully satisfied with their service and can only recommend their service.
