Replacement Drone
I am happy with the Fountain Gate Dji service . The drone was replaced instead of repaired so I had a brand new Dji mini 2. The only downside was that I left my sd card in when I handed it in for repairs and it has gone missing.The friendly customer service was great.
Drone repair not possible😢
No resolution to issue and no work was carried out at all. DJI must protect their brand and the nature of work needed obviously was out of scope for the repair needed. Though communications and prompt turn around of device in question was excellent so highly recommend for basic damage repair work.

It took 7 days from applying for DJI Care to become active
It took 7 days from applying for post 48 hour from activation for DJI care to become active. A follow up email(s) would have been good to know how it was progressing. I was beginning to think i had been scammed as i had paid $189 and then nothing apart from a confirmation email.
The drone 'legs' arrived promptly and…
The drone 'legs' arrived promptly and are the correct ones but the tiny plastic 'foot' on one of the legs fell out the first time I used it.
It's so small I have lost it forever now.
I suppose it's not critical but a bit disappointing.
