Worst casino ever I have deposited thousands using my mastercard the first time I try and withdraw it dont do withdrawals to mastercard but yet took my money from the same account, that is the only account after days of messaging and not being able to phone due to covid just gave up and lost all the money that I wanted to withdraw. Been depositing and playing on party casino for over a year now and i have still not been able to withdraw and win back any of my money as its usually a short lived loss.
Now yes it is based on luck of a person perhaps maybe timing.
costumer support is polite and quick, but you guys got to do something about the algorithm as its quite suspicious to be honest, over a period of a year i really should have at least made a withdraw, get maybe 30 percent of my money back.

Before I go into detail on the site I'd like to add I dont just play once I give the site a chance as your never going to win all the time hence the house always wins.

Well with party casino in my own personal experience I have never had a win, while playing many months and spending well over 3k with them it never payed jell I can only count a hand full off times off the bonus dropping and when it did I'd been better off getting a normal line win, any way after deciding me and this site dont see eye to eye I got in contact with the customer support team to see if I could have a freebie due to spending alot and not getting anything in return. To my surprise I was told they could not offer anything so this made my decision up and asked for my account to be closed on a permanent basis to be told they do not have this option and they only have self exclude for 6 months.
Now my concerns have hightend this is ment to be a regulatee company within the uk what's to say the slots are not fiddled with to make the customer lose all the time like I have stated this is a cause off a the months and not only one game session so to loose evey time you play with a 90% losing spins and the other 10% at 20 pound wins all off the time is a joke but that is another matter in its self it could just be my luck that on this site I'm playing at the wrong times. But back to the main point why would a casino refuse to completely close down an account at a customers request saying they dont have the option. My concerns are for people who genuinely have a gambling problem, so I raised this question, if a customer had picked up the courage to come to support to ask for a permanent account close how would you deal with this request, the agent responded we would just close the account down for 6 months then if the customer wanted to reopen after 6 months the account would go through a review and a decision would be made. Now to me this is irresponsible on the casino site as in no way does this help the person with the problem, all it is saying is in 6 months time we can open you account so you can go back to having a problem or at least a chance to.

2 No option to completely close down an account.
3 no Manager available at request on chat.
4 bonus are not really offered and when they are they are not worth your time nore money.

I have been as honest as I can in this review I could send the screen shot off the chat I had with them but that would be an unfair move and petty, I'd like to add the only reason I decided to close the account down was due to never having a win and money being sucked in my own experience I did not want to deposit anymore money on this site as i never saw a return to player after months off playing and a good amount off money deposited but like I have stated could be my luck playing wrong times wrong days.
