Unfortunately i had to give a star cause if i couldn't i wouldnt bunch of absolute monkeys they kept asking for more personal information which im entitled not to give as i give what was asked. Spoke to one person then another then another kept telling me i had to contact someone else in a different department didn't want to help through the helpline absolute bunch of thickos. By looking at the recent comments stay well away they'll be out of business very soon cause they didnt want my money no joke monkeys from the zoo would do a better job. Stay well away from this company as you can tell from everyone else and they have 1 and a half star rating worst company yet.

I used Partycasino for 10 weeks. I never won. I never cashed out. I was £3,200.00 down and the only bonus recieved was a free spin once I'd gambled £200. From that ONE free spin I won £1 that had to be played on blackjack. I played it and got 20. The dealer then got blackjack.
From £3,200.00 this is what I was given. A measerly £1 that lost straight away. I asked for a freebie havingost so much and they responded by saying they're sorry I'm not happy with the bonuses recieved and failed to offer me any freebie.

Yes non trusted casino I lost a lot of money with them then they closed my account when I asked why they said new rules wanted bank statements I had all income declared so i produced them and wage slips they insisted on more proof like savings I produced less info to the other casinos and it was accepted they are terrible liars they they were trying to hide something their loss !!

Horrible first-time experience. Their system had a glitch and didn't release my bonus funds. It kept it restricted until bonus was exhausted. Chat administrator later proved that I have wagered way too much above of what I should have done to release the bonus. 10 plus year custiomer watched this site go from 1st to worst. I allowed this gaming site to withdraw from my bank and had no issues for first 9 years depositing or withdrawing ---- this past year and most notably 2020 when attempting any cashing out it is a trying experience. I had 2 pending cashouts 1250 and 250 while waiting for that i accepted a bonus offer and made another $35 deposit to accept a free spin offer. I did not reverse my cashout i deposited using the same method i have for 10 + years, ,,,,, the $35 dollars was taken from my bank Mar. 16/20 the 2 withdrawal requests pre date this $35 transaction i wait until March 24, 2020 and still had not received my withdraw.. i contacted them and was told because i deposited the 35 all withdrawls are help per their policy. I said there are 2 withdraws why would you need to hold both which total 1500 for a 35 settlement especially given the years and never a deposit issue? i also advised the $35 had been withdrawn from my account on MAr 16/20 - they said maybe so but we have not received it so you will need to wait - i contacted them again MAr. 26/20 same story, contacted again today Mar.27/20 and they said it is now processed and can take 7-10 days for my bank to add funds. this site is obviously struggling and bullying customers with pending withdraws. they went from a top tier to a risky online forum. I still feel like i have to cross my fingers for this cashout to finally take place and see money in my account - they do nothing to reassure you the money is safe. Update on last review, got paid after 15 days and that was only after I contacted the Gambling Commission who in turn contacted the body that regulates them, this was never one of those issues about wagering requirements or like most of the other reviews complaining about how the games don't pay out. On one occasion the person who answered the phone (who seemed to lie constantly) said the person who dealt with this sort of issue was off sick. That's definitely a new one, even after they (I think) was told to sort this out. they wanted to know about my income and how I earned my income, if that's genuine you'd think they'd ask you that before you deposited money and not just when you win.

i have played on this casino for years using the same bank account. recently when i went to withdraw my winnings , i keep getting the run around with them telling me my bank rejected the funds. i talked to my bank and they told me nothing wrong on my account . the casino tells me to try another method and they give me the same answer.
i,ve tried to withdraw three times now and still no success. i have never had this problem before. they are scamming people this way and blaming it on their banks, saying the bank is rejecting the funds. i had always used this method to withdraw before, so the problem is with the casino. they don,t like to pay out.
