Tradition and Innovation Although we have always been loyal to the Italian tradition in frame building we have continually renewed our work while changing and broadening the range of our products and new trends in the cycling world such as new technologies, new philosophies about the bike fitting, riding styles and emerging components. Daccordi’s tradition and innovation are mixed every day to create beauty and to pursue excellence in Italian bicycle frame building . Daccordi’s History — The beginning Daccordi was founded in the 1937 in Tuscany, thanks to 24 year old Giuseppe Daccordi‘s cycling passion. In the beginning, the most part of the bicycles were not designed as high technology units made for sport use, but rather precious means of transportion which was focused on bicycles we call today “city bikes”. However, after WWII there were changes. Cycling established itself as one of the most popular sports thanks to their use among common people, and the celebrated Italian heroes of cycling Coppi and Bartali. Because of this cycling evolution, the two craftsmen working on racing bicycles and building frames for some of the most famous brands of that time. Luigi Daccordi: The Paradigm Shift In the 1960s the two co-founders left the helm of the company to Giuseppe’s son, Luigi Daccordi, who radically changed the company’s trademark. In addition to the creative skills inherited by his father, Luigi decided to create his own brand. Almost twenty years later, in 1981, the new Daccordi became well-known in Italy and abroad with its participation at Milano’s cycle and motorcycle expo. Since then, Daccordi means fast and durable bicycles, extremely detailed and on the perfect balance between tradition and innovation: the past mixed with the future and high quality with the present. Eco-sustainability — We love cycling. Why? Because besides one’s feet, cycling is the most ecological means of transportion. This shows how important the environment is for Daccordi. This approach took shape in the beginning of the new millennium when, during the construction of the new factory, we invested renewable energy with the newest technologies. This allowed for high thermal insulation in the building with the aim to reduce dependence on energy providers. All of this thanks to a 37000 Kwh/year solar power system. We decrease our environmental impact and at the same time the whole manufacturing process is more efficient. Daccordi’s Atelier — Often the idea for a new bike takes shape while travelling the world, observing and comparing to what we know as reality. These ideas are then developed in our workshop, designed and customized for each customer. The final product is then placed in the hands of the Daccordi craftsman, Luigi himself. All frame production takes place at Daccordi to keep a close eye on all production phases. Our craftsmanship is paired with innovative technologies which allow for complete product control for the final product itself, the bicycle. The tubing is cut and shaped according to bike size, then they go on to the bonding or welding stage, depending on the material used to build the frame. Materials used for the frame can be carbon fiber, steel, titanium, or aluminum. The frame is refined and accurately checked, then prepared for the delicate painting process, which takes place in a specific area of our factory. Lastly, the frame is polished and then equipped with the best quality components, and adjusted to meet the cyclist’s needs.

Una garanzia. Professionali e seri. Mi hanno aiutato nella verniciatura e nella personalizzazione della mia bici. Non solo hanno fatto questo, ma quando mi sono rivolto a loro con la verniciatura rovinata da un altro meccanico di Pisa durante l'installazione del mio deragliatore, sono stati comprensivi, mi hanno aiutato nella riparazione del danno reinstallandomi un nuovo deragliatore davanti nella maniera corretta. Mi hanno fatto un lavoro pulito, perfetto, la bici regolata come un orologio. La bici è arancio opaco, per riparare le crepe, hanno dovuto farla arancio lucido nelle parti danneggiate, ma non c'era altra maniera e sono stato avvisato fin dall'inizio. Sono stati gentili, pazienti e soprattutto seri. Sono rimasto diverse volte affascinato dalle loro bici, entrando in negozio. Non serve che sia io a consigliarvi di rivolgervi a loro, però ci tenevo a condividere la mia più che positiva esperienza diretta.

I already knew the fame of Daccordi, a unique company in the field of handcrafted and custom-built bikes. In my opinion, bikes should be built like a suit and so it was! I love my bike since it was "born" and I still love it now that it has been professionally repaired after a bad fall. The Daccordi welcome you with affection and make you feel un a family, give the perfect info and understand your needs and problems. I have grown fond of them and they have a special place in my heart ♥️

La professionalità e la tradizione ciclistica si fondono in un tutt'uno con la cordialità ed amicizia che l'azienda trasmette immediatamente ai suoi clienti che all'istante diventano per l'appunto amici, stimatori e followers.
Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere personalmente la famiglia Daccordi, il grande babbo Luigi, Sena, Stefano ed i loro collaboratori in fabbrica, oltre ad avere il piacere di possedere una bici fatta su misura per me da Luigi.
Non dimenticherò mai la mia bellissima esperienza in Daccordi.

Con la mia vecchia bici Daccordi Grffe mi trovo a partecipare ad eventi vintage ed è così che ho conosciuto prima il sig.Luigi e ultimamente sua figlia in occasione de L'Intrepida di Anghiari dove sono sempre presenti con il loro stend .
Artigiani veri che costruiscono bici uniche apprezzate in ogni luogo, persone fantastiche che rendono veramente onore al made in italy

io sono fortunato perché abito vicino a daccordi. durante il periodo covid ho saputo che sarei andato in pensione ed allora con sena ho programmato l'acquisto prima della julius e dopo di un alterego. telai eccellenti. servizio impeccabile. quando vado in giro sono molto orgoglioso delle mie bici "in acciaio".

Ho acquistato la mia bici Daccordi nel 2018. E' stata una delle migliori decisioni della mia vita! Sono stato seguito con grande attenzione e professionalità fin dal primo giorno. Sena e Stefano sono sempre stati fantastici e mi hanno suggerito le soluzioni migliori per il mio fisiche e le mie problematiche. Avere un telaio Daccordi fa veramente la differenza ed essere seguiti costantemente da un professionista come Stefano è un valore aggiunto che poche aziende produttrici di telai vi possono dare. Non ho solo acquistato una bicicletta!

Da tempo volevo una bella bicicletta gravel in acciaio, rigorosamente fatta a mano, mi sono guardato in giro e conoscendo il nome Daccordi, dopo un occhiata online, ho fatto un salto a San Miniato, visto che disto dall'azienda 80km.
Mi sono piaciute molto le loro bici in acciaio, così ho deciso di partire con il progetto della mia Borea gravel.
Dopo una chiaccherata con Sena, ho ordinato il telaio completo di forcella in carbonio, scegliendo il loro colore arancio standard con una piccola variazione, e il gruppo completo SRAM axs xplr, il resto dei componenti li ho forniti io.
Dopo circa 3 mesi di attesa, dichiarati in anticipo e rispettati, vengo avvertito che il telaio era pronto, con servizio fotografico, avevo sempre immaginato come sarebbe venuto, ma vedendo come era stato realizzato, sono rimasto a bocca aperta.
Una volta completato il montaggio, nel giro di una settimana, l'ho finalmente potuta ammirare dal vivo, è bellissima.
Il telaio è realizzato con estrema cura, come la verniciatura, tutto perfetto.
Ringrazio il signor Luigi Daccordi, bravissimo artigiano telaista, che ha creato questa bici, e i suoi collaboratori.

Daccordi builts outstanding bicycle frames.
I own two Daccordis. A carbon roadbike from ~2009 and a Daccordi Alterego Gravel bike from 2021. The frames are very well built and excellently painted.
The Alterego was fully customized, i.e. the frame geometry was fitted to my body measurements, the components have been negotiated and the paint job was on my wish. The customization process was mainly done via e-mail. The assembly has been done by Daccordi. Unfortunately there have been some issues done during the assembly, but I have been able to solve them by myself (Fork shaft too long so that the headset came loose, saddle bolt too long so that the seat post couldn‘t be fixed).
However, I am really happy with both bikes! I regularly enjoy riding them. For my next bike/frame I would definitely consider Daccordi.

Io ho acquistato da loro 3 bici nell’arco della mia vita ciclistica e ho sempre potuto discutere taglia, modifiche di componenti e colori. Insomma si può far fare una bicicletta di qualità altissima, con tutte le variabili che un ciclista esperto desideri, per le persone che come me all’inizio si sono approcciate a questo sport e mi hanno saputo consigliare in merito. Insomma se ho continuato a comprare bici a quasi 4 ore di macchina da dove abito è perché ho trovato un ambiente familiare e al contempo professionale e disponibile
