Would be zero stars if possible. I received some crap that i hadnt ordered and have tried multiple times to get the correct thing delivered. Con company, just avoid to save yourself the agg.

I ordered a Highland Cow advent calendar for £26 including delivery, I received a giraffe advent calendar after 6 weeks.

Not only was I sent the completely wrong animal, but the figurines are awful! The product was advertised as golf ball sized miniatures of Highland Cows dressed in various Christmas accessories, but they are actually flimsy, flat pieces of plastic with stickers on. Awful, Awful Awful! It went straight in the bin.

No communication from the seller, no replies to emails - STAY WELL AWAY, you'll be throwing your money away like I did.

Would be zero stars if i could leave that, ordered 2 advent calendars that never arrived I waited 15 days after due date, I opened a case in PayPal and the company replied to them with a false tracking number, paypal has provisionally given me a refund minus the £4.99 postage i paid and im now waiting for the final outcome in 10 days time

I ordered the lego ornaments and advent calendar and it was a scam. the box cam and looked like as advertised but was half the size and when i open it was tiny peices of laminated paper with stings you could tie and hang as "oraments" . NO LEGO. and when i complained they told me i would have to ship it back to China. DONT ORDER.

I purchased the Building blocks advent calendar. The product is not as advertised. I was expecting a lego style product as seen in promotional vidéos. This is lies. What arrived is nothing like what is advertised - very cheap flat plastic pictures of what should have been actual sets of blocks to build small Christmas themed items. And I email asking for a refund and my emails are ignored. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM
Like others I ordered the lego advent calender - what came was complete rubbish!!!!!!
Company not based in UK - Its China

Total misrepresentation of goods. Advert showed 3 dimensional Lego advent calendar tree decorations. So could be built like any other Lego model. What arrived was 2 dimensional plastic pieces of poor quality and very small. Having had this experience I checked reviews and the vast majority are very negative. I tried contacting the company for a refund and have had no response. Don't buy from this company - it is a scam!

Avoid avoid avoid! Bought two calendars for £35 and they didn't even match the themes I paid for. Instead I have two cheap tat horse calendars that sound like they're filled with plastic pellets. Awful!

the items i ordered were nothing like advertised. I orderd buildable christmas decorations for the tree, i expected little buiding blocks to make tree decorations but all it was was a bit of plastic and a piece of gold thread to put through a hole in which some were broken they were about an inch big. i ordered two packs for children to do each day leading upto christmas and payed £37.29 for tat .I have emailed for a returns lable but not recieved any thing.

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered the Highland Cow door swag but after one month of not seeing any movement on my parcel I asked for a refund, then suddenly there was movement on my parcel but little communication from the company. What I received was disgusting, a box of bits of material with no instructions. Nowhere did it state it’s was a kit but what was in the box would not look anything like the advert. At a cost of £24.98 I cannot believe this company and of course they will not reply to my emails. They should not be able to deceive people like this.

Ordered 3 advent calendars for my grandsons a month ago and they still haven’t arrived. There is no new tracking information and with some digging realised they are coming from china. I wish I had read the reviews and not been sucked in by the glossy website. It’s a scam, please save your money and avoid this company. I’m truly disappointed and angry!

Purchased the advent calendar to build 24 tree decorations. I received was 24 rubbish tiny tree plastic ornaments with a piece of string. Absolutely nothing like advert which shows tipping bricks out of a little bag and building ornament. i have requested a refund and the email has now bounced back. DO NOT BUY

Do not buy anything from this company ...utter scam.Merchandise is nothing like advertised.Totally misrepresented description of goods and quality is the worst you can imagine . Nowhere to return or get refund - emails are also false. Please do not give them a penny!

Absolutely awful. Bought 2 advent calendars all of the pictures and description repeats several times that these are buildable block ornaments. And about 7-9cm tall. Theyre no more than 3 cm tall and are flat printed plastic images of the finished character. Not buildable at all.
Cannot find a way to get the money back avoid completely

Like others, I bought what I thought were buildable decorations but they are cheap plastic rubbish. Can't get anywhere re a return/refund. Cancelling shopify also as I bought it through that site.

Faaaaaake! Ordered two advent calendars (Exit Games) and after a few weeks 2 Nee Doh IMITATION calendars in beaten up boxes arrived.
2 emails to customer service went unanswered so I went through my bank for a charge back. Successful.
At the time of writing this, the website actually says that you must contact them for details of where to return unwanted goods. This worked in my favor as I was able to advise my bank that I couldn't return until they told me where to send them, and I was being ignored.
Best wishes to anyone reading thia review who has already placed an order!

Are they an of shoot of online01 I normally check before I buy from a company and just did not this time (idiot) When you look though facebook i suppose seeing the same thing being advertised by numerous companies for Christmas should have been a clue, The reason I ask is I did order from above but then got an email saying my parcel from online 01 is on its way but i did not order anything from them

I bought the advent calendars advertised on line as 24 'buildable' Xmas ornaments. The illustration indicated these were lego-type figures. In fact they are solid, there is nothing to build. A complete con.

So disappointing to see an advent calendar with an open plastic tray and no numbered compartments. The plastic novelty toys just lay in a heap when I opened the box. Gold thread included to make hanging decorations but where is the magic in opening a box and finding the Christmas toy? I also expected that each toy would have to be assembled like Lego. SO glad I checked before giving this to my grandson
