Excellent communication, one of a kind experience
Had the pleasure of working with Tom on a creative project and the communication was everything I could ask for and more. Without him and Daimoon we never could've achieved what we have and I'm forever grateful for that. Definitely will come back for my next project. 10/10 recommend.

The streams got onto my Spotify very fast after I ordered and they have also put everything on their dashboard so I can keep track of all progress. These are very great streams, I still see results after all the campaigns were done.

very responsive and hit all their objectives
Very responsive and helpful and all objectives set out were achieved so really good result on our project. My only slight criticism was that there was too much focus on a single playlist but when I asked about this more playlists were submitted and so they were fiexible and worked with me. Really good overall.

To clarify, we could not find any customer or active conversation in our records under the name Marco Cantoni.
We tried to contact you through Trustpilot to understand which email address this was about, but at the time we did not receive information that allowed us to verify the case.
Because of that, we could not identify what this was about or take action earlier.
This creates a negative impression, even though we haven’t worked together. If you look at our Trustpilot reviews from artists who have actually worked with us, you’ll see a different picture.

I've had the best results with Daimoon Media's promo for Spotify, and I've used many other companies. I'm currently on my 2nd promo. I did a promo about a year ago, and I'm still on those playlists getting plays and playlist saves, so it is legit! I've had the longest running results over time with this company. Eve, who I worked with on both promos is amazing! On my current promo they waaaay over delivered! My popularity score continues to rise, triggering the radio algorithm on Spotify. Just wanted to share my experience! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Great Experience with Spotify Playlist Promotion
As an independent artist releasing new music, I’ve had a very positive experience working with Daimoon Media for Spotify playlist promotion.
They deliver on what they promise — getting your song placed on playlists. From there, it’s really up to the artist and the song to connect with listeners, which I think is a fair and honest approach.
I worked directly with Eve, who has been great throughout the process. Communication has always been quick, helpful, and very professional.
At one point I wanted to pause a campaign so I could promote a different release instead, and they were completely accommodating and easy to work with. That flexibility really stood out to me.
Overall, Daimoon Media has been reliable and straightforward, and I’d definitely recommend them to other independent artists looking to expand their reach on Spotify. I plan to continue working with them on future releases.

Daimoon caters to inspiring artists like myself
My unique music is mostly about my creative lyrics aimed to independent thinkers trying to keep history straight. Daimoon's services have helped me cross censorship hurdles that I contend with everyday trying to get the message out that we have to continue to fight for freedom everyday. Eve and the team were great from start to finish and within a day of raising anything with them, they would respond to answer my questions. Brilliant support and my debut track did better than I’d have imagined! I’m using them again for my follow up release and have already booked my next campaign.

Daimoon was amazing for my spotify song…
Daimoon was amazing for my spotify song promotion. They boosted the streams and I hit multiple spotify algorithms in the first week of my release. I have more fans than I did before I started this and it boosted up other socials as well.

They kept spamming my email. They don't have any credibility and are just looking to scam people out of their money.
They sent me a big email about how great this song is that I did. But the song that they chose, was an AI parody spoof, that was very clearly using AI and very clearly making fun of AI music.
So if they tell you that they really liked your song... they've never heard your song. They're just doing what they can to scam you out of your money.
Do not trust this company.

To clarify, we reached out with one initial email because we liked your sound and saw potential to work together. We admit that we didn’t realize the track was an AI parody. That does not make our outreach deceptive, nor does it support the claim that we “never listened” or operate in bad faith.
All artists we contact are chosen through a qualification process. To call our company a 'scam' after a single misplaced intro email is a huge stretch. We take our work seriously, and the results of our artists on Trustpilot speak for themselves.
It’s a shame a single intro email led to this much hostility before we even spoke. However, we’ve noted this down, and we'll avoid further contact moving forward.
