Six monthly checkup and as always Patrick Morgan our dentist was gentle and reassuring and kind.

Really made at ease with my treatment with an explanation at every step. Very Patient orientated and always checking on how you feel and reassuring. Would recommend Damira to everyone, especially anxious Patients ...Great care and attention .

Second time I have been and so impressed I took up one of the plans.

Very expensive, which seems to be in keeping with other practices. I wear a hearing aid and it wasn’t always clear to me what the dentist was saying in a very forthright manner.
My appointment was changed twice because of the unavailability of my dentist, but I was unable to change dentists even though one was available.

In April, I went for a root canal. Halfway through, I was told that it couldn't be done and needed an extraction instead. They gave me a temporary filling and said I shouldn't experience any pain. They told me to wait for their call as "they didnt have a dentist" at the moment. I was in 8/10 pain almost every day. Any time I called I was told to wait for them to call.
After my tooth began smelling rotten (the temporary filling having fallen out twice) I called again and managed to get an appointment.
The dentist told me it was complex and that he "doesn't extract wisdom teeth." My wife asked why I had been booked in with him in that case, as I had missed an afternoon of work. His assistant said "that's my fault, I didnt check what needed doing. Sorry."
They told me I now need to be referred to a specialist for surgery to remove the teeth. He also asked why I had left it since April as if it was my fault!
While having the x-ray, another assistant had obviously heard us being upset, and asked my dentists assistant "what's going on?" And she said, in front of us, "I'll tell you at lunch!" Very unprofessional.
Finally, I asked how long I had to wait to eat or drink with this new temporary filling. He said "2 hours, 6 hours." I said ok, 2 or 6? He said 6.
All the way through it seemed like neither had a clue what they were doing, and I now have to wait even longer for my referral and surgery. Absolutely appalled at the "service" I received.

They are helpful for gum care and help improve the appearance of my teeth.

Always have a good experience since Hamza joined the practice, he does a thorough check up and puts me at ease. Receptionist was polite and helpful too.

From the reception team to Usman, the dentist, Kate, the hygienist, and all the practice nurses, everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and caring.

The level of care is excellent, and I’ve been particularly impressed with the time taken to explain everything clearly, including the work being carried out and the advice given throughout my treatment.

A really positive experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damira to anyone looking for a dental practice where you genuinely feel well looked after.

Visiting the dentist was a great experience! The quality of dental work was great, and the staff who looked after me were very kind and chatty 😃 In particular, the dentist himself recommended a great sci-fi programme which I'm looking forward to watching!

Having been terrified of dentists for most of my life, Yousuf at Addlestone has looked after my teeth for the last 3 years and I now look forward to my appointments. He is very professional, kind, caring and friendly. I had a tooth extracted yesterday which was painless and is healing with no problems. Everything was explained beforehand and during the procedure. Staff professionalism and empathy and interest with their customer infront of them.A visit to the dentist can be a daunting one but all the Damaria staff I came into contact with were putting me at my ease and the treatment I received was as good as any I have experienced.I would recommend Damaria.

Been going to Mili every 3 months for well over a year now. She has made such a difference to my teeth and gums - but more importantly made me feel confident in attending regularly.
