Accidentally ordered wrong size and got an answer back within 12 hours! Got refunded super quick and then ordered the correct size. Amazing communication and can’t wait to give this hoodie for a friends birthday!

Beautiful designs and quality. My daughters love their Dandy sweatshirts! We had to return our first order as the sizing was incorrect and we received great customer service with prompt responses to emails.

My teenage daughter loves her sweatshirts from Dandy. She gets a lot of compliments on them. I had to exchange a pair of sweats for a bigger size and they were very prompt with responses. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service!! My daughter received a pair of shorts for her birthday. The shorts had a minor flaw with the label that is sewn on the back (could easily have been worn). I submitted the request for an exchange (very easy process) and Dandy shipped out a brand new pair without requiring the old pair to be sent back! I even received prompt email responses to a few questions that I had!

I ordered my first hoodie from Dandy, a Valentine’s gift from husband. It did arrive sooner than predicted which was great. But I ordered a Large and they accidentally sent a Medium. I had paid for the free returns/exchanges and they promptly sent me a shipping label and I was also able to reuse their original shipping bag (with a lot of packing tape) to ship it back. They immediately sent me the correct size and that too arrived sooner than predicted - delivered on Valentine’s Day actually! LOVE the hoodie, seems to be amazing quality, heavyweight which is needed here in the Northeast in the winter. Design is beautiful, colors are fabulous. I have not washed it yet so I have fingers crossed I won’t have any issues as others have posted. But I am very satisfied. UPDATE: I spoke too soon with this review. I received the same hoodie again on Feb. 17 and was charged for it even though I did not order it. They are not sending me a shipping label to send it back and also not refunding my money for this second identical hoodie which I DID NOT order. No real dedicated customer service to rectify this - just bots or something it seems. I did not even open the package so if they just send me shipping label I will return it to them and I want my money refunded for an order I did not place.

It took 2 emails to get help but once I was able to get a response the customer support that I received was excellent! I would definitely purchase from Dandy Worldwide again. Good quality product, quick shipping, and good after delivery support!

In total, I have bought three hoodies and a tote bag from Dandy. They are excellent quality and their designs are so cute and perfect! My tote bag started to rip slightly at the hem, and they did not hesitate to replace it for me, and the person I communicated was the nicest person ever! I highly recommend buying a hoodie or a tote bag from this small business, and I hope that everyone has the same great experience I got.

I put 5 stars because that's all I can DANDY is amazing for so many reasons, to start there communication is great, every time I reach out I get a response within the hour another reason I love DANDY is because of there products all are SO high quality and SO cute I personally have 7 DANDY products and frankly I want all of them they are basically PERFECT I have never had a better hoodie and I also love Kian and Mia! This is genuinely the best hoodie, jackets and bags I am just starting my collection and love them so much I doubt that Kian and Mia will see this but if you do my name is Lately and I would love to talk some time I don't know if you can find me but I just appreciate y'all so much! 🩷🩷🩷

Ordered a hoodie for my granddaughter .They charged me two times different amount . When I called them they said is may bank fault. When I called my bank they said is Dandy s fault . So i had to loose long time in the phone with them to fix it. Dandy gave me $ 10 because of it . To me I think is just a slap in the face . Also i think that the quality of it is not worth $ 90 . I will never buy it again .

I ordered a sweater for my daughter for Christmas, the wrong one did show up. However they were extremely quick to reply and help with getting things fixed up. Appreciate how great they were. Would definitely purchase again. Thank you so much!

Love all of their hoodies! The material is very high quality and even after a few washes the hoodie feels brand new. When I want to dress comfy or warm, this is my go to hoodie that makes me still feel cute!

Not a great company, their exchange/ return policy lacks and there is not a phone number to call for help. The hoodie has strings coming out, I would expect more for a hoodie that cost this much

The best hoodie I have ever gotten with the best customer service! I got the road trip hoodie and the vintage pink road trip jacket. Unfortunately, the jacket had an upside-down patch, but Dandy was so sweet and kindly sent me a new one! I didn't even have to send my other one back. The hoodie and jacket had the best quality and were so comfy. I will definitely be buying more. I am so happy that I am now a proud owner of these hoodies. Dandy is definitely the best business I have bought from!

We got our first Dandy hoodie for Christmas. Followed the washing instructions to the letter and the colors ran all over the back. It’s trash. Customer service was useless; they told me that “they test their garments to prevent washing issues.” Gee thanks, but I’m holding a hoodie that proves otherwise. Unbelievable and disgraceful at every level.
