Been in the store in Beverley twice now and both times was lovely, got all my fingers measured for future purchases and bought the wishbone ring in store, definitely purchasing again!!

An independent family-run business with six standalone stores in the UK, including Cleethorpes, Lincoln, Beverley, Grimsby, Leeds and Windermere. All pieces are handcrafted in England using recycled silver or gold, and ethically sourced gemstones. Completely love these peices of jewellery
Smooth and tactile both my student daughter and I have many items we wear every single day
I especially love the large treasure rings where the stones seem to float in liquid gold or silver
Lovely friendly staff also who do all they can to please

Clamp dents in small id bracelet
I have the small id bracelet, it is very lovely but I would prefer it without the clamp dents. For £650 I expected better.

A super jeweller with excellent service and style.
What a great find I was looking to have a bangle made for a special birthday for my wife. I was so pleased to find DD their range is superb and they had exactly the style I was looking for from their bracelet range. My local jeweller could only offer a custom made part at a significantly higher cost and a much longer delivery. I spoke with Olivia in customer services who was really helpful, giving me some excellent ideas on the final engraving and sizing . She kept me fully informed throughout the entire process . What a great professional company and with such a different and exciting product range. The end result is perfect and even better than I had envisaged so a big Thank-you to Olivia and the team.
I cannot recommend this company higher and will definitely be using them again

Brilliant customer service
My daughter bought me a lovely bangle from Daniella Draper which unfortunately was too big. Customer Services were so friendly, professional and efficient when I enquired about having the bangle resized. I returned it to them as instructed and was delighted with the quick turnaround and communication throughout. Thank you!

Brilliant service
I contacted DD about whether they made a particular item of jewellery to match a DD item I already have. Whilst they didn't, they did offer to make it for me. I have had fast replies with clear information and images about the options available. Brilliant service!

I ordered some earring for my Daughter…
I ordered some earring for my Daughter for Christmas, unfortunately one broke. I emailed and the next day I returned the one which was broken, as requested, and within 48 hours I had a pair replaced! Great service, and great Communication.

Outstanding customer service
I purchased a pair of earrings in December and unfortunately one of them broke within a month and hardly any use (which has never happened with any of my jewellery from DD previously), so I contacted customer service who replied the same day, apologising and asking me to use the prepaid Royal Mail postage they had attached to the email and return the faulty earring. I posted this on a Monday and a new replacement earring arrived back with me on the Friday. Outstanding customer service and beautiful jewellery. Thank you so much.
