Been in the store in Beverley twice now and both times was lovely, got all my fingers measured for future purchases and bought the wishbone ring in store, definitely purchasing again!!

Multi-award winning, British jewellery designer Daniella Draper graduated with a degree in Jewellery Design from Central St. Martins in 2009 and returned to her home roots of Lincolnshire to start her business. Inspired by nature, history, travel and romance, Daniella makes high quality pieces to stand the test of time, creating future heirlooms for now and generations to come.
An independent family-run business with six standalone stores in the UK, including Cleethorpes, Lincoln, Beverley, Grimsby, Leeds and Windermere. All pieces are handcrafted in England using recycled silver or gold, and ethically sourced gemstones. Been a Daniella Draper customer for a few years now and have built a gorgeous collection of rings, necklaces, bangles, bracelets and earrings. The pieces are beautifully crafted and I love that you can customise everything to mix and match. I shop at both the Grimsby and the Beverley stores and all the staff cannot do enough for you. My husband knows to get me vouchers for every birthday and Christmas now.

Not for me
I have brought a few Daniella Draper pieces, which is a reflection of how much I love this jewellery. Having brought the pirate gold signet ring I wanted a similar silver one unfortunately this particular one does not have the same handmade feeling and feels more like one that could have been purchased on the high street.

I can honestly say the experience and customer service was the best I’ve ever had.
Isabel and Tracy were so attentive and made me feel so special and knew what suited me and what I liked. It was as if they knew me ❤️
The jewellery is exquisite. I absolutely love what I have bought so far.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I recently purchased a necklace on line and added on extra for the personalisation, little did I know it was already included in the price.
Less than 24hrs after I had received an email and a refund for the extra amount I paid.

Fantastic service for my daughter’s ear piercing
My daughter recently had her ears pierced at the Lincoln store, and Iara and Rebecca were brilliant throughout. They made sure she felt calm, comfortable, and well looked after.
She was absolutely delighted with her new piercings. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the store.

Help for a confused customer
I have nothing but praise for the help I recently received when purchasing a Voucher as a Christmas Present, having bought a necklace and a Voucher in previous years. The problem I had was that I placed an order online but hadn’t finished it and, of course, the order never arrived. The Lincoln sales staff and Workshop carried out a fruitless search maintaining great patience at what is probably the busiest time of year.

Bespoke earrings
I wanted a pair of bespoke earrings for my wife. I contacted customer services via email and the whole team have been so helpful and friendly from start to finish. They helped me get the correct bespoke item and placed my order with the bespoke team. The earrings are perfect and my wife loves them.

Honestly such a wonderful retail experience from end to end. I have always loved their products but for this particular order I needed customer service assistance - Amelia was attentive, helpful, responsive and efficient in every way. Nothing was too much to ask for her, and everything was done in the quickest and smoothest fashion. They really do go above and beyond, I highly recommend!
