Been in the store in Beverley twice now and both times was lovely, got all my fingers measured for future purchases and bought the wishbone ring in store, definitely purchasing again!!

Multi-award winning, British jewellery designer Daniella Draper graduated with a degree in Jewellery Design from Central St. Martins in 2009 and returned to her home roots of Lincolnshire to start her business. Inspired by nature, history, travel and romance, Daniella makes high quality pieces to stand the test of time, creating future heirlooms for now and generations to come.
An independent family-run business with six standalone stores in the UK, including Cleethorpes, Lincoln, Beverley, Grimsby, Leeds and Windermere. All pieces are handcrafted in England using recycled silver or gold, and ethically sourced gemstones. Tracy pierced my daughter’s ears in Lincoln yesterday and was absolutely brilliant. She put her instantly at ease, made the experience special and fun for her and the result was perfect.

Lovely team working for the business who are very welcoming and helpful. Shop premises in Cleethorpes are very clean, roomy and modern so a pleasure to visit. Items on sale are outstanding with the opportunity to have them made bespoke for you. There are so many items to choose from that I believe there is something availible in every ones budgit. When an item is ready for collection one of the team will ring and let you know your item has arrive. No chasing and a quick efficient service. Excellent outstanding service by far.

Fantastic customer service
I wanted to exchange a bracelet and honestly it couldn’t have been easier. Their customer service is fantastic and the jewellery such beautiful quality. I will definitely return to DD for more heirloom pieces.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’m a new customer to Daniella Draper. I bought the leaf charm ring which is absolutely stunning on the 31st of October. Two and a half weeks later I Sadly caught it on my wash basket resulting in the charm coming away from the ring itself. Devastated I went back to the boutique I had purchased my ring from (Beverley) to ask if they do a restoration service, the ladies were so friendly and helpful informing me that they did indeed do a restoration service, this came at a very reasonable rate of just five pounds. In the meantime I bought another ring from Daniella Draper The customer service experience I received was second to none, I cannot recommend this business enough. They have beautiful unique pieces of jewellery.
I now have my ring back, the whole process took little over two weeks.

Visit to Windermere store
Visited the Windermere store on my birthday. The two ladies in the shop were so lovely in helping me choose a gorgeous necklace. They were very friendly and professional. It was nice to look at all the lovely jewellery as I’ve previously purchased online.

Always a treat and a lovely experience visiting any of thr DD stores. Still my favourite jewellery of all time. This time I had my ears pierced . Shannon was incredibly professional; very hygienic; calm and efficient. Deffo the place to go for piercing.
