Overall experience was quite good
Overall experience was quite good. I only ordered some leather laces, so not a major purchase. Customer service was great. I purchased several colors of leather laces. They were all great except the blue. I received a navy blue lace, when I was expecting a royal/electric blue based on the picture on their website.

Amazing quality and customer service!!
I absolutely love the quality of the vest I ordered, however it was a bit tight in the chest. I exchanged the vest .
Totally my own fault!! I didn’t realize it was a 2-3 weeks wait for the new size. I emailed customer service at 2 weeks and they shipped me one ASAP! Again this was my misunderstanding, I missed that in their original information!!
I will 1000% be buying with them again and recommending them to my family and friends!

good quality product at a fair price
good quality product at a fair price. Te jacket fit was exactly right and the jacket was better than I expected for the money. In a world of $1000 riding jackets, this one was a pleasant surprise. In todays marketplace you can buy a Pierre Cardin Tuxedo cheaoer than a riding Jacket .

Order a vest for my husband
Order a vest for my husband, got here a day early, we had just a slight mishap where one of the buttons wasn't pushed down all the way and came off, I contacted customer service immediately and in less than 24 hours Jason Butler had me a shipping label made so I could send it back to be repaired. I was able to ship it back to them and then realized my husband left his key in the pocket so I reached back out to Jason and he called me as soon as the vest arrived to assure me they had the key secured and in less than 2 days they had it repaired and shipped back to me with the keys! So incredibly grateful for such amazing customer service!

I’m a large in most clothing. The large in this is a bit snug. Not unwearable, but the next size would definitely have been correct.

I had to return a jacket because of…sizing.
I had to return a jacket because of sizing. The size I ordered did not fit. I wanted to exchange for a different size, but the size I needed had sold out so I had to return the jacket. I reached out to Customer Service, and Jason Butler helped me with the return. He was very courteous and was able to help me completely. Great customer service, Daniel Smart Manufacturing!

Ordered jacket and gloves jacket…
Ordered jacket and gloves jacket arrived as ordered the gloves another story. I ordered large and was sent xl. After providing pictures to support my case another week of waiting. Finally a response with a return message for the wrong gloves to return. Of course another week to get it returned. Finally after several more days it was shipped. Oh but wait just a shipment request didn't actually get to shipper till the next week!
Liked the jacket and the gloves are also nice. Resolution to their mistake was absolutely terrible!!
