The customization process and product…
The customization process and product ordering was easy and customer service reached out to confirm everything before they went ahead with product completion. It did take about 6 weeks to recieve my custom vest however I am very pleased with the product.

Great Job
It took a little while for them to actually make my custom vest, but once I got it in. The wait was worth it! They took all my requests and measurements and I absolutely love my leather vest and it makes me feel confident whether I'm sitting, standing, or riding. 10/10 recommend.

The first vest sent to me was too small. I contacted Daniel Smart Manufacturing to get instructions how to do an exchange not a refund. Ordered my usual size xl but when I received the jacket it was to small.
Contacted Customer service and was issued a rma.
I shipped it back and received my new XXL jacket .

everything about your returns is bullshit, only in store credit, funny how the size i needed was the only size you were sold out. etc., customer service guy has too much of an accent to understand correctly. who is your consumer base predominantly? better ask yourself that question .
