Misidentified the issue and never got back to me.
Booked an appointment to fix a leaking sink. Trusting their judgement, they informed me that the dishwasher was the issue and had to cut the old tube and added a new one to connect the old end of the tube to the drainage pipe. Soon after leaving, the new tube started to leak and I tried calling Bailey back but he didn't pick up despite him only being near the front door of the apartment building. Gave them 24 hours to get back to me, and I gave up on them, so I tried calling the company that sent me the invoice, which was Prestigious Plumbing and not Dan's. No one answered and I left a voicemail and no one called back. My wife emailed the company and was informed that a plumber would come out the next day between 7am and 10am. 11am comes around, I call back Dan's and they tell me they've been delayed and at a previous job and will now arrive between 1pm and 4pm. 4pm comes around, I call Dan's back again and now they're coming 6pm to 10pm. I had to take a day off work to give access to the apartment, so not only did I pay $1360 for my leak to continue leaking but I'm also out a day's worth of pay cause I had to wait around a whole day for nothing. I called Dan's for a refund as I could not afford to take another day off to wait around and was informed that the plumber will reach out to me to sort it out. I have not received any emails back, no call backs, no texts, nothing back to me. The lack of due diligence, investigative work, and communication, has caused this leak to be more stressful than needed.
